Had a great time tonight. Food was excellent. My filet was a perfect medium and very tender. We had a minor ordering error,... which was corrected quickly after I asked about it politely. Had a outstanding time, went for birthday dinner with my boyfriend. Our server Carter was absolutely terrific we didn't have to... ask for a thing. He was already on top of it. And the bartender Cassi made the BEST long island iced tea I had ever had. Nodoubt we will be back very soon. Read more
Oh Houlihans, why must you take off the best things from your menu? We loved the Down Home Pot Roast and other favorites and... they are all gone. We still enjoy the appetizers and happy hours on Sundays and the evenings. I love the fire pit area and beingable to sit outside. I truly wish I could give five stars. We used to love it here and the last couple times it has beendisappointing, not just all the menu changes, but the staff and service. We had a reservation and without asking sat us outsidethough there were plenty tables available inside. We asked if we could sit inside since it was so hot and it was before we gotour drinks, yet they were not happy we asked to switch. Then the rest of our night the service got worse and worse and we wentover 30 minutes without getting drink refills and asking if we needed anything. It may have been an off night, but it seemedthey did not want to serve us well because we asked to be seated inside, which is what the reservation was for. They were notbusy, had plenty staff members, and tables around us were getting served as normal. Very disappointing considering we hadn?t hadissues like this before. Read more
Located not too far from US 65 it has pretty easy access. Our server Vicky was really good at the job. Quick to take out drink... orders and to keep checking on us throughout the meal. Read more
I ordered the shrimp and linguine. First bite I could tell the linguine wasn?t cooked enough. It was tough, like chewing shoe... laces. The Cabrera slices were so over seasoned I couldn?t eat them. I said something to the waitress and they brought meanother plate. A manager came in and asked me if it was OK and it was this exact same way the first place was. Nothing else wasdone and I just ate the shrimp. $17.50 for six shrimp. I should?ve got my meal for free. The service was fine everybody else?smeal seemed to be OK. But this was my birthday and it?ll be the last time I eat at Houlihan?s. Read more
We had a great experience at this Houlihans! Our server, Paula, was super attentive, friendly, and helpful. And the food was so... good????. I had the heartland chicken salad, which was good sized and filling. I love the spicy pecans they put on it, and agreat mix of other goodness with plenty of grilled chicken. My husband bought the southwestern chicken wrap which he found verysatisfying as well. (He choose chips and salsa as his side). The kids meals were good portion size and came with a scoop of icecream at the end (our server was great to check in quietly with the mom about their dessert). Our waiter was a muscular guy who almost looked out of place. But he did an excellent job.I never tipped a guy $20 but he... earned it. The food was good as always and the chef came out to great folks as well. That was kind of a good twist. Read more
