First time in Springfield MO and first at Houlihan,s. Love the decor, colors are perfect, layout of booths, six tops and ten... tops allow for free of patrons and servers, restrooms clean, and our server Amber who has only been there for 8 months is reallyengaging with the patrons. Positive eye contact, knowledge of their products and even how the kitchen prepares food, and lastlyMeat Loaf was absolutely perfect in taste and presentation and portion size for my precious sister and I of course loved thecode Fish and Chips. I come often, always a great experience. Always great service. If I could make one suggestion. Possibly switch from free pour... to jiggers for better consistency with your drinks. As a bartender i understand the time difference but as a patron I want toknow I'm getting the same drink everytime. I'll definitely keep coming back though. Read more
Houlihan?s is generally our go to restaurant because it?s right up the road. Tonight (4/3/22) just was not a good night. I?m a... creature of habit, and almost always get the Brentwood Chicken sandwich. Smelled like old, and dirty fry oil. Fried too long(breading verging on burnt). Sat under the broiler or heat lamp too long, caused the cheese to burn and blister. Please, keep abetter eye on the food going out. We love it usually, tonight just wasn?t good. Read more

Came in to study and the staff were very nice. Early afternoon is a great time as it is quiet but I have been in before for... dinner and it is a great place for hanging with friends. Attached to a hotel, it is easy to get to and is very well kept. Foodhas always been great for me. The parking is hard because of the hotel and if there is any event going on it fills quickly. Theside of town (if you are a visitor) is a little rough but the facilities are well maintained and monitored. Easy access fromeither hwy 65 or i44. Read more
