The 1st time I went their employees were rude. The cookies were good but service sucked. The 2nd time I tried again they were... not open on time. We waited nearly 30 minutes for them to open..which they never did, along with other customers. The employeesjust looked at all of us through the windows as if they were mad. Got two squares of brownie, somewhat on the small side for $3.50 a piece. Yes, it was a good brownie. However, I can make a... whole pan of brownies for that price. The brownie was also a little old, it was a bit hard on the edges and top, and the bottomwas starting to settle and feel soggy. I will not be coming back to spend 8$ on two little 2x2inch yesterday baked brownies.Unfortunate. If they were cheaper, yeah. But that price, it's almost as expensive as a gallon of gas. So sad. These cookies are ridiculous. Easily one of the best I?ve ever had. They?re the perfect mix of gooey, fall apart center with a... lightly crisp outer edge. Do yourselves a favor and get them while they?re warm. My only complaint is they could use moreflavors! (The peanut butter cup is the best!) Read more
My order was not complete when delivered. However delivery driver was polite and when I called the store about the mix up the... manager Aaron was super sweet and handled the matter accordingly. Pros: Really good cookies. Open late and they freaking deliver.. Cons: You can't pay with cash in store- only a card and you're... paying like $4 bucks per cookie.. That's all. ?? Read more
