Ordered a #6 and #9 on gluten free bread. Picked them up for carry out. Both sandwiches were inedible due to the bread being... very stale?like cardboard. Called and spoke with the manager who was on duty at 1:30pm on Saturday, 29 October. He explainedthat it is a special process and special ovens required for baking gluten free bread. Hence, the bread is brought in and notbaked on-site. He went on to explain he sometimes he gets batches of stale gluten-free bread and has to serve it to hiscustomers, because, you know, it is the vendors fault he has to serve stale bread. Finally, the manager told me I should callthe bread company to complain. Obviously, as the manager, he has no responsibility to his customers, no responsibility tocorrect a known issue, and could care less about the quality of the product. Of note, it is the ingredients and not specialprocesses and ovens. Plenty of articles on line about how to bake gluten free in your own home without special processes andovens. Read more
The guys at the counter were friendly and engaging with everyone that came into the store. Quiet at this time of the day. The... Sub that I ordered was on a rosemary herbed loaf, chipotle was creamy with just a hint of smokiness. Perfect 10/10 first timeeating here. Read more
Fresh deli sliced meats, delicious bread, and the costumer service was great as well. This is one of my new favorite sub shops.... You have to give them a try. Read more
My go to sub shop. Canna get enough of the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. Grilled jalopeños, onion, peppers, melty cheese on that... thinly sliced steak...gives me goose bumps. DO IT!!! Read more
Had the Italian sub. Meat was sliced fresh but the bread tasted a little stale. My other half had the cheesesteak sub. It was... cheesy goodness. Service was friendly and the place was clean. Read more
This tastes great! REAL bread! No other sub shop is as good... & I've tried them all!!!
Extremely disappointed. I paid for the extra meat option they sent me a regular sub at best. I called the store and the employee... instead tells me he put 9 slices of this and that for a 22.75 GIANT SIZE, Italian EXTRA MEAT SUB. I don?t need to hear how longyou have worked there. I wanted my order to be corrected for the amount that I paid. He then told me to go complain to UBERinstead of calling the store. Absolutely rude and now this store has lost a customer.
