We had a delicious late lunch at Jimmy's Egg on Battlefield in Springfield Missouri. The service was very prompt and attentive,... without being intrusive. The food was just what we needed on this rainy day--comforting. I had the keto bowl which was justperfect, with copious amounts of pork (or chicken if you choose) and egg and sliced avocado, etc... Very good! Feels like a classic diner. I went with the biscuits and gravy omelette. Never seen something like that on a menu... before. Very good!
