I tried to use this location as an Amazon Pickup Hub for the first and last time. The package arrived yesterday (Sunday 3-27-22)... early morning while I was at work. I stopped in to pick it up after work around 8:30-8:45pm the guy wasn't able to get into theAmazon system to release the package to me and asked me to come back the next day, so I did. Today (Monday 3-28-22) I stopped inafter work at about the same time. Different guy this time. He didn't even try, just said the Amazon system wasn't working andtold me to come back tomorrow morning and speak to the general manager. At this point I wasn't leaving without my package. I gotin my vehicle and called Amazon. They called the store and made the guy give me my package. The Amazon representative even saidthe guy at the store was rude to her on the phone. Wish I hade wrote down his name. Absolutely horrible experience and I won'tdo it again. Casey's General Store got my money for the other things I needed while I was there. Read more
Bathrooms are sick... and not in a good way. Wet floors (probably urne) with tolit paper scattered around the tolit and the... smell is horrific. Needs better maintenance. Read more

It hasn't gotten one of the fancy updates yet but I'm a big fan of the staff and management at this location in particular. The... day shift manager has been greeting me at two different Kum & Go locations for the last 8 years. He's always unforgettablycourteous and accommodating which really helps depending on what kind of day you're having you know? I appreciate the convenientlocation in particular. Today I had car trouble in the parking lot of the dialysis facility across the road and I needed a jumpso I walked over there. Between one of the crew members ang the manager they sourced some jumper cables and a vehicle to jump mewith enabling me to get my vehicle to the shop. It's a common courtesy, yes, but not as common as it should be and I reallyappreciated it. Thanks guys, until next time! Read more

The lady that works overnight at this location shouldn't have been allowed to ever work with the public. She's the most... miserable person I have ever encountered in my life. Not only is she down right rude and nosey she will hold up the line whileshe gossips about other customers in the store. She was harassing people for using their ebt card on items she thought theyshouldn't be able to purchase . It's none of her business what someone else is spending their money on . She will lock the doorwhile she stands outside yelling at customers getting gas so you have to wait to enter the store. I will never go back to thatlocation as long as that monster is working there .
