Stopped for gas and food, horrible mistake, the food was old and stale with odd aftertaste, to make it worse it was overpriced... and the customer service matched the food, despite my better reasoning I ate everything I paid for and paid further for it overthe course of the next 2 days. I usually love this chain of gas stations but this location was subpar. Read more
Shop here almost daily. Last night stopped in to get some nicotine pouches before they went off sale today. Night shift... guy(Charlie), refused to sell to me because quote "Other people may want this too". Disgusting that the employees can make uppolicy on the spot. Have purchased these pouched hundreds of times without problems. I guess the store is now only for "otherpeople", and not for loyal customers. Read more
Showers are better the most truck stops. Not much for ON parking Store used 2 be really clean n friendly Now the last few times... I?ve been in it?s really dirty an nobody really knows what they are doin. My fuel ticket got messed up and when I went to get adrink it was so nasty my boot stuck to the floor. I was in line waiting to buy what would have been $1500 worth of fuel and breakfast. Gentleman in front of me was joking with... employee about the rise in prices. Her name was Dakota with a weird spelling. She got rude with him about "You can just not buyit", with the classic arrogant nose ring attitude. The guy asked to speak to manager, and this "manager", who looked like hefell off a carnival crew, proceeded to get extremely rude with the customer. I'm completely sick and tired of customers beingtreated like this. I know the Driver wanted to buy fuel, and that's also my reason for being there. The manager wouldn't let theguy buy $1200 fuel. Well, as for me, Kum & Go, if this is the degree which is your standard for employees, I will never beback. I can't speak for the other guy, but the 8000 gallons of fuel my trucks bought weekly from you weekly, is gone.
