I literally been coming here for months no problem then out of nowhere today I got accused of stealing. I purchased A Hershey... bar and a bag of chips (whole total coming up to about $4-$5) and I walked out to my car and was getting ready to leave when theworkers came out and was saying they never rang me up. The one that rang me up wasn?t out there so I couldn?t defend myselfsaying who was at the cashier at the time. I hurt my leg one day the assistant manager asked me what kind of soda I wanted he said go... back to your car and I will help you he did he brought me a soda cuz my leg was hurt too bad to walk, he helped me put my gas inthe tank Nice young man I know one day he will have his own store . Another remodeled store with additional gas pumps and an expanded deli. There's more parking than most K&G's, and even though... it's just off a major artery, there are multiple driveways that make access pretty easy. Read more
TLDR: Don't bother using rewards at this store because you probably won't get to reap the benefits. To cashier who used my... birthday reward on someone else's transaction: I was patiently waiting to be checked out. You did not have to go to the nextregister to get me out of your store. I was not pacing at all, I simply walked towards the front desk and you asked me if I wasready. I should have said no. When I swiped my card to earn points like on every transaction, it showed up on the terminal thatI had a rewards account. You pressed a few buttons, and then the terminal said "Loyalty Network unavailable" before you asked meto swipe again. Because I only bought two packs of gum. I did NOT ask, nor mention, using my reward, I was sideways TOLD "Ithink you have a reward". Which I did, but not for the items in my transaction and I knew that. You did NOT offer me a receiptbecause you knew you screwed up my rewards. This will never be mentioned because honestly the birthday reward isn't the bestthing about your reward program anyway. There are no choices like the choice of reward for everyday transactions. I have sharedfeedback on your surveys MULTIPLE times. No change. Third world problem from a slightly annoyed customer. The store is physically very nice. It's always clean and well stocked, and the same applies to the restrooms as well. The... customer service is great. Every time I go in, no matter how busy it is, the cashiers and kind, polite, and helpful. Consistencylike this is what made me want to review this store. Read more
