Worst Kum and Go in Springfield. I'd just as soon take my chances at division and national than be treated as poorly as I was... tonight. I've used this Kum and go coming home from st Louis and other places off of 65 from Springfield and never had an issue.Yet the arrogant staff tonight wouldn't allow this. I've been using Kum and go as exclusively as I can since I could drive. Thismakes me want to change my mind entirely is this is how their staff is trained. Do not go here. Read more
Pump #5, 12:25am (Midnight), 06/26/2022. Pump started at $0.50 and thereby charged an extra 50¢ before I even had a drop of gas... in my tank. Sketchy as heck, right? Then the receipt printed out illegible. Read more
The GM at this store and the other employees here are amazing! I literally ran out of fuel in the parking lot and they both... volunteered to help, of course one had to work the store, but with there help and several good old boys we got it! Thanks somuch for your kindness which was beyond your duties there!!! Read more

Cold 40s, decent selection of smokes, and great deals on Monster Energy drinks. Who could ask for more? The staff here are... always polite and welcoming and the gas has been good anytime I?ve been here. Read more
Love this location. I like their "slushies", but i wish they had more flavors. The only down fall there is the women's... bathroom. It's too small. Bus route 38 stops out front. About 10 after the hour. [It does have a bus bench] It also is in theparking lot of the stripe mall where DFS office is. Read more
I hate feeling rushed. When it was my time at the counter, I had my drink in hand and asked if she could charge me for the... drink, chip and pizza meal, but since she didnt know what kind of chips was included she couldnt ring me up, I look back at 20people glaring at me... so I got just the gas and drink, completly forgeting to use my rewards. So I wait till there is a smallbreak in people and I go in and ask if they could undo the transaction and allow me to order everything I wanted togeather withmy rewards, I was told no sorry cant do that.. ugh. I know for a fact they can it's a simple request, they need to train peoplehow to do stuff. Read more
Typical kum and go experience. I'm glad they are still open 24 hours, as most everywhere now closes by 11pm.
