All the staff at this location are very friendly. Keelie in the kitchen makes the most awesome pizza.

Rude and disrespectful staff. I don?t know her name. I purchased a couple of egg rolls off the grilled roller. They looked... cooked there was no sign saying still cooking. First bite was ice cold. Took them back in and the counter guy called to a girl(maybe Kiki) and she looked at them and said they were still cooking. I asked how I was supposed to know. She said the sign onanother item three rows over was for everything on the back rows. Who would know that. Every kG I have been in they have signson every row of still cooking. She said the one sign was for everything. Couldn?t convince her otherwise. Finally put them onthe counter and said to keep them. She very condescendingly replied you have a great day buddy. I stop at k&g every day butthis might be the last time. She was just rude. Read more

This store has very rude customer services. The worker didn't even address me when I came to the counter. Then she started bad... mouthing me to the other customer while I was at the counter waiting to pay for my drink. I go to other Kum n Go's all the timeand have never had a problem. This store will NEVER get my business again. They need to get workers that actually like theirjobs and can not be so rude to the customers. Read more

The key to Kum&Go's success relies heavily on the staff's overall ability to consistently offer exceptionable customer service... while positively representing the company that employs them. The best strategy at accomplishing this is to learn, practice, andexecute good old-fashioned KINDNESS: As a frequent customer, and former employee, I sincerely believe that simple kindness isvital and incredibly necessary in building a successful, loyalty driven bond with customers, as well as creating an honest andtrustworthy foundation within the community from which the consumer lives and shops. The overall goal being to establish a senseof pride and respect within the neighborhood, constantly striving towards excellence, with hopes of eventually building anunprecedentedly positive rapport throughout the community, proving beneficial indeed as free word-of-mouth advertising beginsto ring like a bell from the words of satisfied shoppers throughout the town. Emphasizing the importance of providing a uniqueexperience with each individual interaction, convincing consumers to truly believe their presence at this location is welcomed, and more importantly, appreciated! So much, that consumer's "choose" to spend their valuable time and money at a "worthy"location. The decision to shop at a certain Kum&Go location isn't necessarily based on the "location". Rather, the decision isbased on the public view, reputation, and history of the business within the community. Also important, is having anunbelievably kind and personable staff with welcoming smiles on their faces and a willingness to go the extra mile by providinga noticable effort to earn the trust and loyalty of each consumer. Honestly, any attempt to relate with customer's in a friendlyway, that's warm and neighborly will prove beneficial. By connecting personally, you earn a customer's loyalty for a lifetime. Asimple hello as they "KUM" in the store, or a friendly"Have a nice day" as they "GO" out. It's imperative Read more

My experience at this store on was not good at all! I went in to pay for gas I told the clerk I needed 45 dollars worth of gas... on pump 9! He put 25 dollars so I told him to void it I needed 45 dollars! It wouldn?t take my rewards card! So I told him toget the manager! She was in the back chit chatting with a gentleman cunstomer wouldn?t come and talk to me! So I left! You needto tell your employees that customer service is supposed to be number 1! I won?t go back to that store! While she is working! She needs to be fired! Read more

This store runs out of my cigarettes very fast. I smoke Pall Mall, and they like to give 50cents off on the idea of selling... more. This store will sell multiple cartons of the 50cent off price, and run out of them fast. When you ask them to order morethey say no, it?s not that far to the next station that has nothing to do with Kum&Go Read more

They play games and rip people off on there so called breakfast and drink deals. They have big sign saying two (2) slices of... breakfast pizza and a fountain drink for $5. I get to the counter and the very rude clerk laughs and she says that it will be6.79 and said that because I got a 44oz fountain drink instead of a 32oz drink I had to pay more. Well this is criminal in myopinion and I will no longer go to kum and go for pizza. Instead Casey's sounds pretty good. Lost a customer for 1.79 worth ofthievery and dishonesty. Just horrible experience all around. Read more
