Stumbled across this gem when I was on C street and let me tell you! It?s a must try. I was excited to hear they have a Cuban... sandwich! Albeit it?s $17 but worth a try. Not my favorite Cuban and I consider myself slightly more experienced than a novice.It was too wet and fell apart too easily. There was way too much meat on the sandwich. I was a bit bummed. They do have nonalcoholic drinks for those who abstain. I had a virgin Mojito and the Horchata which were very very tasty! Like get the horchataasap. It?s amazing! We also tried the flan, crème brulee, and churros! The crème brulee is by far the best dessert we triedand overall the atmosphere and ambience were stellar! First, this was an out of body experience for me. Having been abroad I never thought I would experience this quality of food In... my local town. Wow! Highest quality food and service. We had been on c street looking for some shops which unfortunately wereclosed. We took a walk instead and the music drew us into the restaurant. I didn?t even know it existed. We were notdisappointed!! First they have the ONLY real mojito in town. Fresh and full of flavor! I had the fillet minion special which Icould cut with my fork it was so tender. We had the house ice cream for dessert (mint) and it was so refreshing. The coffee isalso reflective of the cuisine. The restaurant itself was very clean (bathrooms too!) and the atmosphere was perfect. Not loud,not too dim or bright, and causal enough you don?t feel uncomfortable walking in from the street. The quality of food andingredients was the highest I have experienced in springfield. Our service was wonderful. Sid (sp?) was so kind and honest aboutthe menu and the other bar tender (I wish I had caught his name) was so kind and easy to talk with too. I can?t wait to take mywhole family. A fantastic dining experience! The service was great, the food was incredible, and they make a darn good caipirinha. I had the... chicharrones, and I've gotta say that they were the best pork rind I've ever had, and I love pork. In fact I love pork so much Iordered the porkchop with collard greens and beans. It was fantastic. The pork was great quality and those greens werephenomenal. I had to top the whole thing off with dessert so I got the Churros, which were wonderful. They had just the rightamount of sugar and caramel and a few fresh berries on the plate. I'm going back for sure, especially since they have caipinas! Read more

Finally made a stop for lunch and were not disappointed. Two of us had the wonderful Cubanos and the 3rd had equally wonderful... Enchilado DeCamaroes. The ladies were full but, I also had delicious Flan for dessert. The food was as good as expected and ourserver, Nae, was outstanding. An enjoyable experience. One we will duplicate soon. Read more

I love C Sreet but had not tried this place yet. After looking at the menu we decided to give it a try and we fell in love with... it immediately! Atmosphere does not match the menu prices. Servers in t-shirts also does not match. Bare floors bounce sound around. Fresh... flowers on the tables are nice. Server did a horrible job explaining the special. Cubano & yuca fries were good. Pollo Asadoflavors were good but way over cooked. The special wasn?t, and had a piece of plastic in it. They did comp my meal. The browniewas the highlight, flavors were spectacular. Read more
