My experience at this McAlisters was amazing. The kid named sabastion with the big bulge in his pants was great. I'm 97 years... old and even I was impressed and I've seen a lot of slongs. If only I could leave 0 stars. One of the worst customer service I have seen. Came in to eat on July 31st around 8:15 pm with my... mom. She got the French Dip and I ordered the Spicy Turkey Melt. When the employee came out to deliver our food I asked forextra chipotle ranch. When she left to grab me some, my mom noticed her meat was cold all through the center, she was just goingto ask for them to reheat the sandwich some more. The female employee came back and forgot what dipping sauce I asked for - Itold her, along with my mom having her sandwich open, told her that the meat was cold. Out of nowhere the employee put her BAREhand on my mothers meat and said, ?oh my gosh it is!? We didn?t say anything because she took the plate. We were sitting rightby the cash registers closer to the kitchen and we heard another employee, the manger, tell her cook to reheat the sandwich. Mymom hurried and went to the front saying ?excuse me, please make me a new sandwich, the girl put her hand on my sandwich.? AllI can say is first, we were SHOCKED she touched read to eat food with her bare hands. Makes you think, do you touch my food barehanded in the kitchen? I mean if you feel comfortable enough to touch my food without any gloves on right in front of me, whatgoes on in the back?? Manager told them she was going to bring out the sandwich herself. My mom and I were expecting an apologyand just a warm greeting from the manager. We got quite the opposite. She came and yelled at my mom in the middle of the diningroom filled with guest, telling her ?you do not tell my employees what to do, only I can do that!!.? We blankly looked at her.How can someone who runs a restaurant yell at the guest for wanting a new sandwich when their employees BARE hands were on theirfood? Spend your money elsewhere. I have made two trips to this location. The first visit I got a different salad than I ordered, which was disappointing. I was... in a hurry so I let it slide. The trip reminded me of the McAliater?s I love. We had a large party with children I in tow. Ilove their options for kids. The serving size is generous for all meals. Friendly service and good food.
