The food was good as always but the place needs a good cleaning! If I had checked it out before we ordered our food, we probably... would have gone elsewhere! The floors were filthy! Looked like they had not been cleaned in several days. The men's room was sobady husband came back and said never mind he would wait! First time I've been there. The food had a good flavor. I had broccoli cheddar soup and half of chicken club sandwich and tea.... Sandwich was very small and soup could have been a little warmer. So, for first exposure it wasn't disappointing, but, will trya different sandwich next time maybe with chips. Read more
The AC was still on. That, coupled with the fans, made it way too cold in here. We had Ultimate Nachos & Chicken Salad-Salad.... The avocado was already turning brown, but they replaced that promptly. There were quite a few lettuce leaves that were wilted &turning brown. I always love McAlister's. Although I believe they are a bit overpriced, I'm always pleased with their food. I typically order... a hot sandwich and potato salad, but they also have macaroni and cheese, potatoes, salads, and cookies asking other things aswell. It's a busy place but I've found it enjoyable and a good place to connect with people. Have always been satisfied withtheir service. I recommend McAlister's. Read more
I went to McAlisters today and had a piece of bark or wood in my sandwhich. I went to tell the staff they told me it was part of... an avacodo (which I did not have on my sandwhich) I litterally about broke a tooth. I would upload Photos if I could. Butusuallly I always love McAlisters but today not so much I could not even finish my meal. Read more

Love this restaurant! The Primrose location is my favorite! They always have the friendliest staff. It's clear everyone must... love their job because they're always smiling and super kind!
