In the past I liked this location. Then after the lobby opened up again, it is often hard to get someone to take your order at... the counter, or when you use the kiosk, it is hard to get your soda cups The only thing going for it recently is that it ischeaper than some of the other locations, which is why I went there today. Unfortunately, I paid cash for my order that was5.51. I used a ten so the change would be $4.49. The manager who took my order struggled for a few minutes to try to give thecoin part because she did not have enough pennies. By the time she decided to give 2 quarters back I didn't realize she hadfailed to give me the $4.00. The next manager on duty said the drawer was never documented as over so I am out the money. Maybepay your managers more so they don't pocket the overages. Read more
This location says they are open til 11pm. I pull in at 1050 for 2 large cokes and their dt says they are closed. You shouldn't... close early. Very disappointed. They took the order for the car they came in after me so I got back in line refuse to take myorder I pulled up with that car to the window they gave her her food still refused to take my order and made me sit there for 10minutes even after knocking on the window then turn lights off at least 3 different people inside all looked at me and refusedto come to the window within that 10 minutes till close. Awesome large Coke's at this location. The cokes are good at most ones I visit but the Coke at the McDonald's on west bypass and... chestnut expressway is excellent ????. The staff are always very pleasant no matter the time of day. I usually go around 5 amwhen they first open and the drive thru lady is always nice and bubbly lol. Kind of refreshing that early in the morning. Read more
Staff seemed attentive and helpful, order was correct. Four stars because I really dislike long lines, but again, four stars... because I think the staff handled the busy-ness well, and got us through fairly quickly! Read more
I gave them 3 stars because they are 50/50 on fresh food. Sometimes its excellent other times the fries are cold or unsalted.... The Q.P,s. are always on point so thats what i usually get here. Last time i got the Chicken it was over cooked. Lots of otherplaces in town to get that tbh. Read more

My story about a cheeseburger. Chapter 1 I haven't been to McDonald's for a cheeseburger in ages, I was going for it. I ordered... a mustard onion only cheeseburger. Pulled around and paid. Their roof over where you pay doesn't work, more water is pouring inthan if I was just out in the rain. Pull up, look in bag, look at the burger and I got mustard pickle only cheeseburger. I pullaround building and try again. Chapter 2 Hey, I was just here and ordered a mustard only cheeseburger but got a mustard pickleonly one. Pull around they say. Get up to the window, water pouring into truck. They want me to pull up to next window, I do.Waiting..... Here is your order sorry about that. I say it's ok. I pull up, check burger, it is a mustard only cheeseburger.Ugh! I really wanted onions too. I pull around building and try again. Chapter 3 Hey I was here a bit ago, a couple of times andI just want a mustard onion only cheeseburger. They say can we just give you a cup of onions. I get it, it is correct!!! Chapter 4 Pouring rain, traffic is awful, police coming down road,now ambulance flying by with lights. Finally someone let's me out. Horrible experience. Went through drive-thru and got a Qpc, needless to say when I got home and took a bite, it was completely... raw in the middle, I'm also pregnant. I called them and they didn't seem to really care too much. Again, another reason why Iwill NOT be eating anything from there Again. The only reason will be bc my daughter loves their nuggets. Also the fact we satin line for over 20 min and man who took my money, which looked like a manager, was completely rude. I have never wrote areview on anything but I had to on this. Read more
