Bring back the southwest salad. It is a franchise cookie cutter friendly service though that is about the only differences I see... across the country. How clean the place is and how friendly or unfriendly the place is. This is a friendly and clean always aplus. Read more

Had to pull over and wait after ordering at the drive thru. Then I got someone else's order. Had to pull around and go back in... and get my correct order made again as they gave mine to someone else. Said they would credit me but it didn't show up on mycard. Read more

This McDonald's is a fantastic place, filled with feel-good comfort foods from the old country. If your old country is the... United States, and it's 1970's, and mcnuggs weren't yet a thing. Ahhh. But this one is ok. Clean, pleasant, masters ofdiscipline. They spank, least that's what I heard. Read more

Had breakfast at McDonalds on Ingram Mill road & Chestnut this morning. They were obviously short staffed. I know because one of... their staff, Amber, was complaining at the top of her voice about her horrible work conditions. A man from the back came up toget my order and I have no complaints about my order or how long it took to get it to me. Under the circumstances, I think theydid a great job! That's why I'm giving a three-star rather than a one. It was after my breakfast however that I went back toorder a cookie. I waited patiently until Amber saw me, huffed as of I were the biggest problem she had and as she was walkingtoward me I said "I just want a cookie". She walked by the cookie case stopped briefly and then came over to take my money. After that she didn't say a word turned around and walked back over to the drive through window. If she had said just one minuteor it'll be a minute I would have known that she remembered my cookie. As it was I assumed, being as busy as they were, that shehad forgotten to give me my cookie. Now here's the part where I need to admit that I was wrong. I reached around and got acookie and went back to my table. She did not come back to the counter until a person came to pick up a large order that she hadready on the counter. She looked at me and said did you get your own cookie? I admitted that I had. Here's where she should haveapologized for not telling me it would be a minute or I'm sorry for your wait. Instead she gave me the dirtiest look slammed thecookies in the trash turned around and yelled I need nine more chocolate chip cookies and proceeded to smack talk me so loudthat everyone in the place could hear. I spoke with the shift manager. She went and talked to Amber and again, since Amber onlyhas one volume I could hear her yelling, "I am not going to apologize!" I walked out and I will forget about this but justwanted to put it out there. Amber, quit complaining about your job and bringing down staff morale Read more

This is hands down the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I consistently get slow service, the wrong food, cold food, and... today just tops it all... I ordered two cheeseburgers and received what is pictured. I took it back and spoke with the managerMelissa. She tried to brush my concerns off by saying she has new people in the kitchen... as a manager you are responsible forthe employees training... I understanding missing onion or pickles.... but the whole meat patty on two burgers?! Come onMcDonalds get your act together. This location needs better management and better training. Read more
