Employee was incredibly rude. We had ordered nearly 100 chicken nuggets to share with a large group of people..I had ordered 20... sauces to make sure we have enough for everyone...and the Employee said with a attitude " just so you know we can give you 20sauces! That's a ridiculous amount! So I gave you 10!" 20 sauces would have gave each person 2 sauces each..which shouldn't betoo much to ask. Even if so,that definitely didn't require an attitude. Drive through is a bit hit or miss. Tends to either go really smoothly or take a bit longer than you think it ought.

Is McDonald's the staff here acts like fleet hate their job and it shows yall need better people but I know it's hard to find... but yall shouldn't let the employees treat customers bad just because they want their food hot or the sandwich got made wrong Read more

This store is unique. The customer service and the food are excellent uniquely and consistently. East Sunshine store to be... specific. Food is hot, tasty. Same complement dinner and breakfast. Read more

One lazy worker can ruin a lot. First by handing out wrong delivery order to a driver....driver took order out to car after McD... gurl said it was the correct order. Driver had to com back in with it. Then she failed to provide order numbers when bringingout orders...several ppl waiting for orders. She didn't adapt, and continued to do same...I think we tolerate too much fromstupid people these days...she should check info before attempting to give it out. Read more

Ordered 3 breakfast burritos, 2 hashbrowns and 1 biscuit...waited 20 mins and asked for mild sauce for burritos and they cannt... even make sure those are in the bag? Very disappointed considering the price, doubt I will be back Read more

This mcds is close to home and on the direct path to and from work. Yet, it's worth it to me to drive to the Battlefield... locations. It's pricing is cheaper even than the 1607 Battlefield, and yet, still worth it to go to the Battlefield location. Myadvice on this particular location is: keep driving. I use the app pretty exclusively, I really love the ability to order andhave my order get put through correctly. Not to mention there is almost always a deal I can use on my meal. This locationstruggles with app orders. They either can't find my code even if I've checked in and have been in the drive thru line forawhile already. More than once they've insisted I pay at the window after they've found my app order and processed it. I showthem my banking app saying it's gone through, nope, need to pay to get my food. If I used a deal, they'll sometimes ask I paythe discount amount, because "the app didn't collect the full amount due". Yeah, that's not a thing. This last time, after I'vepaid for my meal twice again, I look at the receipt and it's not even my order it's someone's multi person meal. I said, wait,nope, I'm gonna need a refund on this $30 order when I got a single double cheese and a coke myself. Uh, the manager's busy, sowe can't. It's mid- late afternoon, so it's not really busy except by their own doing. I waited and was glared at like I'm thebad guy here. This is the only location I've used that has these issues. I mean, consistently has these issues over the lasttwo years. It's my own fault for expecting a different experience. It gets two stars because when I eventually get my order it'salways correct. It's not a hard order admittedly and I've usually paid twice for it, so it should be right, lol. Read more
