I ordered on the app because I thought it would be quicker than the drive through and then waited 40 minutes for our food. I... finally had to get out of my car and walk in to see what was going on and they were just coming out from behind the counter withmy order. The lady seemed irritated that I came in to inquire about my order from 40 minutes earlier. Needless to say everyonein the drive through plus about ten more cars got their food before us. I went to this McDonald's location on Sunday with my sister. I ordered a diet coke without ice. I am used to ordering drinks... with no ice and getting ice, then explaining I wanted no ice and the worker fixing it, no problem. But this time, there was icein it and the girl handed it out. When I mentioned I asked for no ice, she said, "it was supposed to be without ice. I noticedthere was ice in it when I handed it out. It isn't much though so it"s fine. It was probably in there from the cup that wasfilled before yours." And she closed the window. I know it is just ice, but when I ask for something a specific way, I expect toreceive it the way I asked for it. I'm not upset when mistakes are made, I just want the mistake corrected. However, this upsetme because the worker told me she knew a mistake had been made and was not going to correct it becahse it didn't matter. Pleasedo better next time. That's all. Read more

I?ve been meaning to write a review for a while and todayjust reminded me with their awesome service to do so. This McDonald?s will get you through fast even if they have a line andthey rarely make a mistake on your order. The people here are always friendly and working and nice. You?re going to McDonald?sjust like every other McDonald?s, but you?re looking for one with a good staff and this is the one. There is a line bigger to wait for food after you ha e paid then there is to order food. There was people pulled up for over 10... min. The poor employee was sweating from running out all these orders I'm the heat. Stop cheating your window timers and justlet people stay at the window. Stop pulling them forward. You make it harder for literally everyone. Read more

This particular McDonald's was great. Small but well distributed including the play area. Food was outstanding, fresh and well... put together. Service was also outstanding. I have visited many McDonald's around the world and only 3 of them I have givethem 5 ????. And this is one of them. Congratulations. Keep the good work. I did dine in, and take out in the same visit. Slow to serve, thought the dining room was closed at 10am, food was cold, even the coffee was cold, husband took it back for a... fresh cup. Out of all the McDonalds in our area. This particular store needs worked on. Could be better by far!! Read more
