I found another Cuban sandwich in Springfield!\n\nThe bread was so dry though… like not even good at all. However the meat and... toppings were spot on. Fries were SO good. Not sure what’s in that seasoning but it’s addictive! Maybe my sandwich bread wasa fluke though because literally everything else was amazing.\n\nMy husband had the Reuben and said it was really great! Nocomplaints!\n\nKids meals were huge and came with tons of food. Service was friendly and food came out fast! Would definitelycome back! Read more

Round 2! Better than the last time!\n\nWho: The family (wife and three children) came to Missouri Mike’s for Mother’s... Day.\n\nThe FOOD! I wanted to confirm that the “Effing Burrito” was really “THAT” deal… It was! It was so good Iforgot to get pics of the other food, none the less. This time I had burnt ends instead of the pulled pork (it was an upgrade)and it was fantastic! Not sure if that was a special for the day, but if it’s offered…. GET IT!\n\nThe other food: My wifegot a smash burger (2 thumbs up), our oldest (17 yo) got the chicken sandwich (and was defeated) and was thrilled! We orderedsteak bites for our (7yo) and a burger for our toddler. Happy faces!\n\nService: Evan was a really good waiter as he checkedback with us and was very accommodating. This young man did everything with a smile and had a cool vibe. Rena was the hostessand also provided help in between and really brought the experience to the next level.\n\nFood Quality: Phenomenal.\n\nOverall:I would recommend this establishment 100/100.\nIt’s good food point blank.\nThanks Evan for EXCELLENT customer service andRena for all the little extras!\n\nHappy Eatings,\n\nTyree Young JR. First time at Missouri Mikes.. loved it!\nHeard about the nachos so I had to try them, was not disappointed. Excellent smoked... meat, good cheese dip and crispy chips made the nachos a success!\nMy wife had the Cuban sandwich also very good... the mustardwas a little strong on the sandwich, should have gone with a mayo. But overall a tasty sandwich. The fries were great, nice andcrispy!\nAll the staff was super friendly, Fabian was our server and did a fantastic job.\nWould recommend and would go back, looking forward to trying more menu items! Finally made it to Mike\'s.\nI went, expressly for the Missouri Cuban sandwich.\n\nOur server, Sari P, was very friendly and... knowledgeable.\n\nMy wife ordered and really enjoyed the Patty Melt and side of slaw.\n\nI, of course, ordered the Cuban and aside of fries.\nI am so sad to say the the Cuban was very dry. I wanted to love it. :o(\nThe fries were excellent.\n\nWe willreturn as I have heard great things about the catfish platter.\nHoping they will have their BBQ soon too. Read more

Great food and attentive serving staff make this a great place to go grab a bite. Our food came out quickly and we never went... without refills or anything else we needed.\nWe had pretzel bites, house salad, stroganoff, the effing burrito, pit beans, sweettea and water.\nThe pretzels were perfectly done, lightly salted with coarse salt. They were nicely crisp on the outside, perfectly fluffy on the inside and I really liked the beer cheese they came with. The house salad was a pretty good sized sidesalad that came with what appeared to be frisee lettuce, red onion, diced tomato, a bit of shredded cheese and some nicecroutons. I got ranch with mine, which seemed to be just the right amount provided. The stroganoff was quite good. I liked thetwo pieces of bread that it came with. They were useful in helping guide the noodles to my fork. The noodles were of thestandard egg noodle variety you\'d expect with stragonoff and it came with nickle sized bites of beef mixed in along with amushroom cream sauce. It had quite a pleasing taste although the sauce was a bit thin for my liking as it would run off of thenoodle or meat bite leaving less of its flavor in my bite than I would have desired.\nMy wife enjoyed her effing burrito quite abit but would have liked some extra BBQ sauce to go with it as she likes quite a bit of it to go with the mac n cheese that wasin the burrito. The pit beans she had she said tasted really good, but again the bean sauce was a bit thin for her liking. Thesweet tea was quite good and the water seemed to be filtered although I also had lemon in there so if it was tap water it wasmasked by the lemon anyway.\nOverall I feel like we had a very good experience for our first venture in.\n\n*One thing tonote*\nAt the bottom of the menu it mentions that all fried foods are cooked in peanut oil. I seriously appreciated seeing thisas my wife is allergic and often times we have to ask what kind of oil is used. Usually the wait staff has no clue Read more
