Restaurant was very clean. We were seated right away. Hostess was friendly and hospitable. Riley, our waitress was exceptional;... friendly, helpful, great sense of humor as we were ribbing her and each other. She made sure she checked on us very often. Butnot so often that it was annoying. Very attentive young lady. Very diligent at her job. Food was exceptional as well. My steakwas cooked perfectly. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend. I would have reviewed higher since my food was good, however. I did curbside and I got home and no salad dressing. Since that?s... what I had ordered was the steak salad my meal was pretty dry. I've heard a lot about Outback steakhouses, when me and my 2 friends went a couple nights ago we were expecting a lot better.... Our server (McKenzie, I think) She was spectacular and very sweet. However , the kitchen side of things could have been waybetter. They were out of most the steak options on a Monday. As you can see in the picture the fryer oil hadn't been changed inGod knows how long. The coconut shrimp didn't taste nearly what I think they should have and was extra crispy because the oilwas past it's prime by more than a few days. The veggies were not seasoned and more on the raw side vs. cooked or steamed. Thebaked potato was old and dry. Was probably sitting under a warmer forever. The Ribeye, however was indeed pretty tastyespecially with the garlic butter add on. One of my friends got shrimp on top of rice, there were shells of shrimp allthroughout his rice and he said the shrimp was almost inedible. The only plate that came out that was per my 2nd friends wordswas the prime rib or Philly sandwich which he said " delightful" I think we would have been overall more satisfied withApplebee's or red lobster. Had a great meal tonight with my family! They actually listened to my steak order and cooked it appropriately. This doesn't... happen often when I eat out. I ordered through uber. There was no sauce or anything with the ahi tuna and it looked old. I was scared to eat it. It didn't... even look good. The blooming onion tasted like it was either fried in old oil or for too long, and just rushed. Witheverything getting more expensive, it's hard to justify this meal costing so much when quality was not there. Read more

The only reason I gave one star is because there was nothing lower. We ordered $98 worth of food for 3 people. 3 steaks,... potatoes, soup, salad, Mac and cheese, 3 drinks and 3 desserts. We used Uber and they delivered promptly. We got the food toour room and were very disappointed to see that there was only eating utensils for 1 person. The steaks looked like hockeypucks, the medium steak was cold in the center and tough (we realized this as we ate the steak with our fingers, because therewasn?t enough utensils for everyone. The Mac and cheese was cold and appeared to have little to no cheese in it. The ?loaded?baked potatoes had no butter or sour cream. We didn?t get the soup we ordered, the butter cake was supposed to havestrawberries and whipped cream, and there was none to be found. We called and spoke to the manager who apologized and seem tothink that the fact that they were understaffed was a justifiable reason for the order we received. She offered to have themeal prepared again but only if we would go pick it up. She said if we wanted our money back we would have to file a complaintwith Uber. This is absolutely unacceptable. Definitely not happy with Outback this time around and there probably won?t be anext time We finally we?re able to get some forks from the hotel we are staying at. Read more

I would give it just one star just based on food but because the waitress was so nice... I felt a 3 star would be sufficient.

I can't even believe how awful the food was. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was burnt. The blooming onion was the first to... arrive. Burnt. We sent it back but didn't we want another. We were STILL charged for it. Didn't say anything about because thewaitress was so sweet. The complimentary bread was the only consumable item. More of a palette cleanser really. Our amazingwaitress needs to find a better job. No wonder the place was empty on a Friday night. One star only because the waitress andrest of the staff was really just wonderful. Read more
