The lady who took our order rushed us and was very rude up until I told her to quit being rude. When we got to the window to get... our order, they were confused and asked me what we ordered. 3 different people came to the window and put there hands in ourbag without gloves on trying to figure out what there was in it. Our order was simple. 3 bagels and an order of cream cheese.Not hard! I said something about so many people handling our order without gloves. He asked if I wanted new and I said yes. Theytook the bag to the back, put gloves on , then( what I think he did) brought the same bag out. Me and my kids did not eat thefood. Too grossed out. Why is the guy taking people's money handling food ? Especially without gloves on!? 1 star is way toomany. C ya Panera. You are horrible. Read more
Don?t order the teriyaki bowl, you?ll only get half of what you pay for. Chicken was also extremely fatty, like all the left... over pieces that weren?t considered ?up to snuff? were thrown into the bowl. Will not be ordering this again. Read more

After spending $40 for two you pick two meals and my $7 sandwich comes with three pieces of meat that don't even cover the... bread. And the side salad with no meat on it that was still $5. I understand food costs are high but when I can go out to asit-down restaurant and pay the same amount with tip as I do for food at Panera and at least have leftovers from that that's notreally worth it. I ordered delivery a bagel pack and a family dinner, door dash forgot part of my order but when I called Michael answered and... was very helpful he found the rest of my order and said one of the managers would delivered to my house, Sam delivered in lessthan 15 minutes. My husband & I went through the drive-thru today. The food was great (as usual) and the lady that took our order was friendly.... However, I ordered a broccoli cheddar Mac & cheese, and they gave me a regular Mac & cheese. Additionally, they didn?t give anynapkins or silverware, so we had to wait awhile to eat our food.
