I reserved the party room for my sisters' baby shower. I had never hosted one and had a million questions and concerns. Jordan... and Mallory were absolutely amazing and so patient. The food was 5 start but the service could use a little help. The staff weren?t friendly and had some attitudes when we asked... questions. There was also no hot water for tea. When I asked for some the guy at register seemed annoyed. I paid 3 dollarsfor a cup of water for my kid , because they offered no caffeine free teas. I wasn?t asking for anything crazy or free. I had not been to this Panera since way b4 covid started so it had been awhile...during that time away, I had heard rumors of... the menu changing dramatically so I wasn't exactly sure what I was going 2 b faced with.. Fortunately I was pleasantlysurprised...turkey with avocado on foccatia bread served warm or not I imagine..delicious and I only ate half the sandwich whichmeans I had lunch the following day as well. We ate in..after the lunch crowd so many of the tables had not been cleaned and theplace seemed to be somewhat short staffed, as is the norm these days, but the food was good and at least worth the priceincreases. Almost didn't stop at this paneras after having a very bad eating experience at the Panera location on 152 just outside Liberty.... Mo. but my friend wanted to stop there and this location was what I have been used to experiencing in the past. ...good. Read more
Great location. Good service and fast food.
Empty restaurant, about 5 staff members standing around, zero customer service. Food was terrible. How can a bread place serve... stale bread?? Made an online order, they were out of a lot of items. Got to the counter to pick up my order and low and beholdthey DID have those items. Go figure. Overpriced hospital food. The soda fountain was out of soda. Let them know of the issueand the staff member said I'll let them know. Then went to the back counter to socialize as I stood waiting hoping I could get abeverage. They weren't out of water. $3 cup of water never tasted so good... I know it's hard to find good help but corporateran restaurants aren't hurting financially from my honest review. Overall good food, personally believe an improvement to flavor is the only issue. It tastes good, but it could taste better with... a more vibrant selection of seasonings for the meats. Perhaps marinading the meat would be worthwhile to bring out the bestflavor. Read more
