Ordered two pizzas at 6:36. Online states 35-45 minutes for delivery. 7:30 gets here and no pizza. I call them and ask to pick... up the pizza as apparently it was ready for a while but they didn?t have a driver. I go to pick up the pizza and it?s no whereto be found. Absolute chaos, then say they can remake the pizza but it?s probably with the delivery driver. Also my daughtergoes to bed at 8 pm and now it?s past her bedtime and had to make her other food. If I could give zero stars I would. Last night we ordered a large pizza and cinnamon pull aparts for delivery. A couple minutes... after our order had been placed we received an email saying that our order had been cancelled. We decided to call the store andwas hung up on so we called again. The male that answered the phone informed us that they could not fulfill the order due tohaving no delivery drivers, told us that one went home sick and the other called in. We said that that was fine and we wouldjust pick the order up at the store and the employee very rudely said okay. Upon arrival we found one employee outside sittingon his phone talking to someone and 3 workers in the store. (There was one delivery car at the store when we arrived). Wepatiently waited in the lobby for our order to be ready. During our wait another employee walked in with a delivery bag so Ilooked outside and sure enough there is now 2 delivery cars parked outside the store. This was pretty frustrating considering wewere told they had none that night. We didn?t say anything and just waited for our order. When the pizza was done they wereputting it in the box when the employee touched around his mouth area and then picked up a pepper with the same bare hand andput it in our box. Gross?? I called the manager on site and got no name but told him about the delivery issue and he didn?t seemto have a care in the world about it so I didn?t even bother telling him the rest. Pizza is pretty good. The service could be a little friendlier, pizza was pretty greasy and crust is chewy. But all in all not... to bad, my son likes the dipping sauces. Read more
I do not leave bad reviews. I know serving the public is not easy but when I have an experience that is absolutely outrageous I... feel the need to warn others. I always give everyone the opportunity to fix an issue. Should've read these reviews beforeordering this location. We were delivered the wrong pizza. It had no meat on it. We called and said they gave us the wrongpizza. He said they would make a new one and deliver it but that they'd take the old one back. (Which I don't care. I don't wanta no meat pizza anyway. That wasn't a problem.) Then he told us that since we each had a slice they'd take 2 out of the new onebefore they delivered it. Excuse me? What kind of policy is that? YOU made a mistake and gave us the wrong pizza which of coursewe didn't know until we both already got a piece and started eating and we're getting punished and aren't entitled to our FULLand CORRECT order that we paid for?!?! No. Never again. Updated to add they re delivered and it's still wrong. Paid extra forstuffed crust and it isn't. It also is the full pizza though. Ordered a cheese pizza for delivery tonight. Driver was friendly and it arrived exactly on time. The pizza however was not soft... and fluffy like the box says. Kinda hard like it had been sitting on the heat rack for a while. Flavor was okay. Not worth the18.99 price tag tho. Meh pizza. Better customer service. Read more
Waited three hours for this? Trust me I didn?t even eat a slice of the pizza. Glad they gave me my ranch! Used it for the pizza... rolls I cooked up after I saw what I paid 48 bucks for. Not a zero star option? Read more
This location is not worth the 1star strictly because of customer service. I ordered two pizzas, breadsticks and jalapeño... rolls/bites and when they arrived the garlic sauce in the breadsticks had been smashed and leaked and soaked everything. Icalled and requested a replacement breadstick order as they were the worst damaged and swimming in the sauce from their box. Iwas told they would need the bad breadsticks to replace and I said that is fine but the kids had taken a few already. "JUSTIN"proceeded to tell me then they can't be that bad if they ate some and he didn't see a problem. As I was explaining to him thekids don't care but I do that my order was ruined he decided to hang up on me. I will be taking this as far as I can up thechain of command to be resolved. Read more
Used the new pick up option, just trying curbside out. Followed directions for picking up. 2 of us sat there 10+ min no one ever... approached vehicles. I went inside to retrieve, not a big deal but don't do pick up curbside. You'll just get a cold pizza. Read more
