I used to love this one but sadly they are going down hill a little... Ordered a pizza waited over the wait time to find out... they never even made it. I think the manager asked us what we would like to do about our wait.....?! Um hmmm possibly give usthe 11$ pizza we ordered free then since we drove all the way over to get there to wait longer... The food was surprisingly better than expected. Your driver had a bit of difficulty because there was not enough room on your... site to make things easier for delivery. Besides that I definitely plan on being one of your customers for my next cravings. Read more

When this place first opened their pizza was awesome. Generous toppings and the pizza tasted really good. Their delivery... drivers have always been great too...always friendly and prompt. However, the past few times we have tried them, theirquality has gone downhill The pizza doesn't taste as good and they have gotten skimpy on their toppings which seems to happenwith a lot of Pizza Huts. They also have gotten two delivery orders wrong. One was they forgot to include the pasta dish iordered and the second was when I ordered two pizzas, they made two of the exact same thing and the manager (when I called back)basically admitted she was training someone and rushed through the order (that I had submitted on line) and didn't pay attentionand they just made two of the same thing. She did give me a $25 credit. However, later when I tried to cash it in... themanager working that day took my whole order and then told me I had to come pick it up. It could not be delivered. I was evenwilling to pay the delivery fee but she said I had to spend at least $10 before they would deliver it. I thought that wasridiculous because they screwed up two of my delivery orders so shouldn't they make it right by delivering a correct order?? Ihad made up my mind once we used the credit that we would no longer be a customer of this location. However, when I called inmy order today, I spoke with a gentleman named Sean who works there and he was very honest and forthright and tookresponsibility on behalf of his store even though none of the prior things that happened were his fault. Because of that, Iwill give them another chance and he helped to save a customer. Hopefully, they will do what they need to do to get theirorders correct and to go back to making great pizza again to save customers long term. Read more
