We've had good service in the drive thru every time we go here.  They don't press us to buy meals when we are looking for just... the chicken or shrimp. The food is always made fresh as well.  The chicken is always crispy and the fries crunchy.  The besttime of the year is hushpuppy shrimp time, though--which they have trouble keeping in stock, it's so popular.  Our food hasalways been hot and we've been happy with it. I ordered the 10 piece mixed with two sides & biscuits. I requested 3 pieces spicy & 7 pieces mild. They gave me all spicy & no... biscuits. They never get orders correct so need to check before you leave. I don't know how they remain open. Read more

Ordered 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp, fries and 2 tenders. Received 3 BUTTERFLY shrimp and alot of tails. Shrimp was cool and dark... brown with a burnt flavor. Went back to have it corrected, this time cold fries and more burnt, dark brown BUTTERFLY shrimp butthis time it was hot. Ordered unsweetened tea, received coke. So bad my dogs don't even want the food. I guess I can be thankfulfor my 2 very small tenders. I will never go back there. 1 star only because it requires something. Read more

Experienced at any Popeyes restaurant the total Rudeness as I have today ... Unreal we went threw drive thru . This is the mac... n cheese we were served there's black dot substance in beded all over it was cold n old as it stuck like a glue substancetexture. It tasted sour . As for drive thru girl she roled her eyes at us when we asked for a straw n she replied we aint gotnone... and we asked how we gonna drink this in car . She replied " idk taje the lid off i guess n drink it that way . Told usplz go your holding my line up !" And rhere was no one behind us :( . And shut her druve thru window . Terrible customer service. The staff acted like they had a problem with anyone ordering anything from the menu, very unkind... attitude, the lady working the window/orders was playing on her phone while we waited for her to take our payment despiteseveral cars behind us, choose our sauces, didn?t ask us what sides, gave very skimpy portions for a family meal, didn?t giveus what we ordered and when we went back to get the correct order they didn?t acknowledge us or apologize and acted like it wasour fault they gave us the incorrect order. AWFUL experience here today. I ordered 2 5pc tender meals (12:14pm), after getting my drinks and paying the window cashier asked... me to pull forward because they needed more time making the tenders. After 10 minutes of waiting and multiple cars getting theirfood and leaving, I finally called the location (12:25pm) to remind them I was still waiting. The employee said they would "comeright out" but it was another 9 minutes before someone came out with our food. She apologized for the wait but I then had toremind her we needed straws and sauces. When she went back inside for the forgotten items I checked our food and found 2 boxesof burnt, dried out food. Even the fries were bad. I showed the employee when she came back and she said "that is just how ourcook makes it". Total BS. I waited 19 minutes and paid $18 for basically biscuits and drinks. 45 min wait in drive thru...but we love Popeyes Chicken. Unfortunately...we ordered half spicy and half regular. The spicy... chicken was old tasting and extremely dry. Had to throw away it was sooo horrible. The regular was fresh. Paid approximately$38.00 for our order. Please do not serve old dry chicken. Just...don?t do it. I could let the wait go for tasty fresh, hot,and crispy chicken...I won?t go back. My previous visit was a miss as well. It appears something is wrong. So many complaints.That?s too bad. Read more
