It was really dirty and not busy at 11:30am so they couldn't blame a rush. The counter person said, "tell me what is supposed to... go in chicken salad bowl?" instead of knowing what was supposed to be in it. Read more
The staff were friendly and got myself and a friend through the line as quick as they could so we were eating within 10 min of... initially getting in the line to make our order. The only hitch in the road was when I had to go back to the order counter andwait a few minutes to get drinking straws because it was needing to be stocked at the drink station. Read more

The worst experience. First one blonde employee lady had her hair a mess and kept flinging it while serving. Then 2 of the... employees started arguing over online orders. It was very unprofessional and the place was also dirty. The food was not fresh. Iknow it's hard right now to have good staff but this is unacceptable. I really prefer Chipolte and should have went there butwanted to try give Qdobe another try. I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Read more
My girlfriend and I went in today and had the absolute worst customer service imaginable. The employees seemed like they had no... idea what was going on and the lady that was helping us start out had misgendered me and she just seemed to have the worstattitude in the world. My girlfriend's diablo chicken in her burrito may as well have been chicken jerky with how tough it wasand old it seemed. This was her very first Qdoba experience and I felt as tho i had to profusely apologize for the experience.This was definitely the first and last time we will be going to this location. Read more
My fiance and I stopped in this evening to get some dinner after we both had very long days at work. Half the time with you go... to restaurants anymore, it's always poor service from people that aren't friendly and have bad attitudes. That is not the casewith this QDoba! We stopped in at 6:45pm on a Friday night, so they were very busy. Despite everything being hectic with thedinner rush, the two ladies working in there (didn't catch their names) provided the best service you could ever ask for! Theywere so fun and friendly to talk to and they were hard workers, always willing to help out when any of their co-workers were ina bind. They made our night, simply just by their calm attitudes in a hectic environment and how enjoyable there were to talkto and be around. We both left with a smiles on our faces and feeling thankful for the great employees you have at thislocation. We will definitely frequent here more often. Thanks!! Read more
