If you?ve been to Brazilian grills elsewhere you?ll be heavily disappointed by this one. While the meats are tasty, the salad... bar is full of minimal things that don?t go together, and the California roll was disgusting and not a California roll. I would have given it a higher score, however they were out of 2 kinds of meat. The KC strip and bacon wrapped tenderloin. When... you pay almost $150 for 4 people you expect to have the entire menu available. The other meats were really good to I definitelywould have loved to have the KC strip. The salad bar was ok I?m not sure what some of the other stuff was though. Tried sushifor the first time it wasn?t bad. Had a big laugh when my son had to spit it out. I would recommend the place even with themissing steak. You might call ahead to make sure they have everything. Read more
I always love this place. I make sure not to eat much throughout the day. The grilled pineapple and the fried bananas are... completely the hit of the table. They have a variety of meats and they are fantastic. Read more
If I could give it zero stars I would. We moved to Missouri from Florida and were dying to have Brazilian Steakhouse again.... Terra Goucha Brazilian restaurant in Jacksonville is FABULOUS . We had a stop in Springfield so we decided to try this placeout . First of all , the salad bar was not as pictured and lacking. Soups looked burnt. Yes we arrived at 7:30 PM but I expectmy meal to be just as good no matter what time I arrive. Meats were COLD?. And slow to arrive at the table. The Filet wrapped inbacon was a tiny nugget wrapped in fat. They had a large deep fried chicken leg brought to us on a stick? wait isn?t this foodsupposed to be cooked via a rotisserie then served??? This was not. This place was pretending to be a Brazilian restaurant .Food was minuscule. and cold and not cooked in Brazilian way.Let?s not forget the Italian cheese garlic bread, the sushi broughtto the table and fried food placed on the serving sword to be brought to the table.. and I forgot the parmesan fries and sweetpotato fries?Salad bar was limited and sad and waitress brought us tea with little ice and it was warmer than the meat! Usually a special date night spot for us but have been back twice in the past few weeks! Food is very good and plentiful. In our... previous visit before last night, the owner even came out and was carving meat to help out. Always nice to see an owner ormanager willing to help! We visited again last night and neat carver "Ben" was awesome! He made sure to keep everything comingaround. He even was very attentive as to what we requested.
