Visited this BBQ location during a visit to Springfield recently and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered pulled pork, ribs, and... brisket. All the meats were great and it's hard to find good brisket outside of Texas. We also had baked beans, potato salad,and macaroni and cheese. All the sides were good although the potato salad was a bit sweet for my liking. They have a selectionof house BBQ sauces as well that were good too. The staff was friendly, it was easy to get in and out of the store, and theyallow order ahead. Overall, a really good BBQ joint and wouldn't hesitate to visit it again. Read more
Burnt ends are amazing! Ribs, cheesy corn, pulled pork nachos also recommended. My only complaints are that there are no fried... sides, and I've tried the brisket a couple of times, and it's been very dry both times. Overall, very high quality BBQ! Read more

I've got nothing but praise for Smokin' Bob's. We were all impressed. The place is super clean and comfortable. The staff is... quick and cool. Smokin' Bob himself was there, killin' it in the kitchen. They put the meal together straight away, right infront of you. No wait. That BBQ melt in your mouth! You could spend $10-$12 at a fast food joint, or you could come here, spendthe same, and get something real. Definitely recommend if you are feeling some BBQ today. Our meal was very good. Beef was tender and juicy, not dried out like some chain places. The dining room has plenty of seating... and was clean, more of a fast food setting. Overall a good value for the money, portion sizes are huge. Read more
Fantastic food and great prices. The sides are smoked as well, and are the perfect accompaniment to their delicious meats. I... got 3 meats (jalapeño sausage, brisket, and burnt ends) and 2 sides (smoked potato salad and smokey corn). It's all amazingand a generous portion means I'll get at least another meal out of it. Was in the area. Found this place on google. Ordered ribs, burnt ends and beans. Beans were dee-lish. Burnt ends were better... than the ribs (my opinion). Next time I'm getting the pork belly burnt ends. Truck parking across the street at the school. Askpermission. Easy in and out. Read more
