I usually love this location and go out of my way to get my coffee here. My drink was made wrong, so I called. The person who... answered was very rude. My drink was supposed to be an iced white mocha; immediately noticed it tasted off when I took the first drink but didn?t have... time to turn around and wait in line for my drink again. The taste was very reminiscent of a burnt coffee - the flavor was verybitter. I also waited for 25+mins for a mobile order and no one ever acknowledged me in store so they could at least pull myticket because I was present and waiting. I choked down half of my drink because I hate wasting things I paid a lot of money forbut finally went to throw away the last half and saw all the coffee grounds at the bottom. So gross, and pretty obvious why ittasted so bad now. Avoid this Starbucks location. Read more
Hours list open at 6am. Visited at 6:30 am. Sat in drive thru for 5 minutes, no service. Decided to leave and saw Starbucks... staff outside of the building, hanging out on the patio. Apparently the restaurant is open but the staff doesn't feel liketaking drive thru business this early. Read more
By far the slowest Starbucks in Springfield!! I put a mobile order in and arrive 5 minutes later and still had to wait 12... minutes to get my coffee , never have I ever had to wait this long at any Starbucks Read more

I go to this location often, usually through drive-thru. I've always gotten through quickly. My coffees have always been good (I... try new things a lot). I just went last night (Black Friday) and decided to go inside this time since I had my daughters & theyneeded time to look at the menu. I got an iced chestnut praline latte & got an extra shot of espresso added...it wasDELICIOUS!!!! My new favorite! My Mom got the same drink, but hot & she loved hers too. My girls got one of the cold dragonfruit drinks & they really enjoyed their drinks as well. On top of all that, there was no wait inside at all (outside, thedrive-thru had about 10 cars) and we got our drinks really fast. I will continue to give this Starbucks business. Read more
