I go in there everyday! One of the girls even knows me by my name. I think its rude though when I walk in on my day off, I don't... look the best and I have been CRYING, one of the barista's literally takes one look at me and starts laughing! Listen I know Ididn't look good but, to laugh at someone and not say hello!! That is not how you do customer service!! I spend almost $12everyday there. Drinks made to perfection. This is a busy little stop....so do not be in a rush. Agree with other posts how you get part of... your order and have to wait for the other...even if it is two granda latte's. If you order hot cold and food.......it could beawhile, even with Mobil order. Read more

On 11/23/2022 I ordered my usual, I got up to the window to pay. The barista scanned my app to add stars and I paid. I didn't... choose a tip so little did I know until I got home. The barista took it upon herself to take 150 stars from me and I NEVER toldher to use my stars to pay for my drink. Not only did I pay for my drink but she used my stars. I want my 150 stars back pluswhat stars I would of got for my drink purchase. I understand it is the holiday season but it does not mean to steal someonesstuff without permission.
