I go in there everyday! One of the girls even knows me by my name. I think its rude though when I walk in on my day off, I don't... look the best and I have been CRYING, one of the barista's literally takes one look at me and starts laughing! Listen I know Ididn't look good but, to laugh at someone and not say hello!! That is not how you do customer service!! I spend almost $12everyday there. Drinks made to perfection. This is a busy little stop....so do not be in a rush. Agree with other posts how you get part of... your order and have to wait for the other...even if it is two granda latte's. If you order hot cold and food.......it could beawhile, even with Mobil order. Read more

There are a lot of things I like about this Starbucks location. Coffee is consistently good, staff is friendly, the place is new... and nicely decorated. However, and perhaps this is my fault for not having the courage to address the issue with the staff, theymake so much noise with their equipment, it is impossible to relax, talk, or enjoy the pleasant background music. The icecontainer is opened and closed with so much anger and force (and so frequently) it gave me a headache. Some sort of alarm keptbeeping all the time. I hate to say ?typical? but this is your typical cookie cutter Starbucks. Unfortunately this location does not have the Clover... brewing system so if you want real coffee and not a coffee ?drink? I?d suggest heading over to Classic Rock Coffee instead.Otherwise the staff is fine, usual food items etc. Read more
On 11/23/2022 I ordered my usual, I got up to the window to pay. The barista scanned my app to add stars and I paid. I didn't... choose a tip so little did I know until I got home. The barista took it upon herself to take 150 stars from me and I NEVER toldher to use my stars to pay for my drink. Not only did I pay for my drink but she used my stars. I want my 150 stars back pluswhat stars I would of got for my drink purchase. I understand it is the holiday season but it does not mean to steal someonesstuff without permission. After this I WILL NOT go back to the Battlefield location. Read more
