Too busy, walked out. The line for the drive-through was so long I couldn't get out of the parking lot onto Sunshine and when I... turned around to go through the Zaxby's entrance a delivery truck was blocking that entrance. I was able to turn around and goout the Sunshine entrance that time. But was an enlightening 15 minutes. Read more
Rude baristas. Would not wait on us until they were done talking. We waited about 5 mins. Ordered drinks. We ask for alternative... to dairy, we got dairy and we got sick. I asked to order a pastry for my daughter after we paid for drinks and got them. Theshift supervisor, she was pulling out the cash drawers, told me to wait. He was one of them people who would not wait on us thefirst time This is completely unlike how Starbucks wants you to treat customers. Worst service worst espresso drinks. This particular Starbucks always gets my simple order wrong. Hot coffee was spilled on me once through the drive thru because... the barista held the cup by the lid. Always a wait during prime hours. I went through drive thru twice in the same hour becauseI forgot a drink on my first order and even though I just had a conversation with the barista and come through almost everymorning, the lady didn't recognize me and questioned me about my Starbucks I was drinking!! Oh, well I like coffee so I willkeep coming back. Edit... after a visit where my 11 year old son didn?t get whip on his apple caramel spice (apple cider)... weasked for his tall drink be put in a grande cup so he didn?t miss out on one of his favorite parts, the whip. Brand new only been open 3 weeks as of 4/19/17. Quick to serve, open and airy. Clean, modern bathrooms. Perfect for a quick stop... off hwy 65. Next to Zaxby restaurant. Love my quad, breve latte! Definitely will return. Read more
Quick, clean and consistent! Update 11-20-22: This location is notorious for allowing you to make a mobile order even when their... lobby is closed, making you wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes. Written from the drive through line. Decreasing starsfrom 5 to 3 because this has happened multiple times. Update: It took 30 minutes to get through the drive through to pick up mymobile order, and the kind barista told me management wouldn't allow them to turn off mobile ordering even though the lobby wasclosed, and there was a 30 minute drive through wait time. So this is coming from management that it's ok to bait and switchwith mobile orders and the customer's time is valueless. Moving stars to 1, just for management. The baristas are wonderful andthis is not their fault. Read more
