We were going to get 2 drinks and two loafs but we ended up leaving instead because we had waited a minute or two to order then... once we did order we drove to the window and sat there for 3-5 minutes before even being acknowledged. When we were the scannerwasn't working or smth so we just left without the order since we didn't pay yet. This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Wanted to Venti hot drinks. Nope, they didn't have lids. Ok, grande. With a... roll of the eyes from the cashier, Nope, they share the same lid. If I am going to spend my stars and 20$ for coffee, I wantwhat I want. You literally sell coffee, why wouldn't you have lids?! And cashiers with less attitude ???? Read more
One of the best Starbucks I?ve ever been to and I?d say I?ve been to quite a few. The staff was absolutely amazing but the best... part was it was super clean inside and they have high chairs for kids. I came in and I was absolutely appalled when I went to the bathroom and there were no sinks to wash my hands. Not even like in... the process of getting one, and when I asked them for hand sanitizer and she told me no. I asked how they even wash their handsand she told me they have a sink back there not to worry? that?s absolutely disgusting and I would hope to think something isgoing to be done about it because eww. Placed a mobile order to this location. I decided to wait inside, there was one other family of four people inside; there were... four vehicles in line at the drive through when I ordered. I got up to ask about my mobile order after 20 minutes, and spottedit sitting half completed on the back counter. They told me they were working on it, and about 2-4 minutes later I had it. Allin all I waited approximately 25 minutes for one cold brew coffee. Staff did appear busy, but there's no reason a cold brewshould take that long when the app estimated 3-6 minutes. Read more
This was my second visit to this store. It was chilly and a man was playing guitar without a coat on on the corner. I ordered... at the window for him (my order was mobile) What I ordered for the man, they did t have. So I got him a mocha When I got to thewindow, they gave me his drink free. Unbelievable love coming from this store... another reason I only get Starbucks Way to goteam! Read more
