1 star is too many. I ordered a 6" sub turned salad. It's on the menu, just add $2. The Monster 6" is $7.99, plus the $2. The... guy making my salad asked if I wanted the salad or protein bowl, I clarified twice salad. He made a salad. I want to add, theygave me 1 tray meat for my salad as if a 6inch. ???? My actual order would have been $7.99+$2 sub to salad charge [per menu] Iadded a large drink at $2.59, 8.1% tax equals $15.65. At ring up mngr said they don't offer salads and rolled his eyes at myconfusion as to why it's on the menu and his associate clarified between the two. I was charged 12.99 [menu says protein bowlare footlong prices. On board footlong is $13.79. Again I only recieved 1 tray of meat toppings. Total I paid was $18.90 for asmall salad and a large drink. Mngr still refused to make it right. Caution math is a sketchy ask at this Subway. Read more
Store was clean and I just wanted two drinks ..however when I saw the sandwiches being made for the lady in front of me I was on... board. Zach took my order and was so pleasant to talk to he can make you smile with silly jokes while making the food. That'sawesome Subway because you can tell your employees take pride in what they do and make because of seeing the food display andthe overall appearance throughout the store. Upon his cookie recommendations I did buy 3 chic chip cookies as well as 3raspberry cheesecake cookies and both were delicious. Thank you Zach for making my day and keep up the great work. I willdefinitely be back!! Subway keep hiring these great folks because they are the ones who are happy with their jobs otherwiseyou'd have issues. Highest kudos to Zach!! Read more
Got a steak and cheese with ranch on it and got home and took a bite, didnt taste like ranch. Brought it back and they couldnt... do anything about it because that's the new ranch they got but cant advertise that they use a new ranch. Will not be comingback. If I could give a 0 star I would. Subway in Walmart on sunshine, I walked in having a pretty rough day and the sweet associate, Willow, turned my whole day around... by just asking how I was doing and listening to me rant for a second. She made my sandwich to perfection and made sure I got allI needed during my visit. She preformed EXCELLENT customer service. That girl needs a raise! Read more
The employee was super rude and unhelpful. He was all over the place and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He didn't even... ask me for vegetables for on on my sandwich melts and just tossed it into the oven. Worst subway experience i have everexperienced. He even made the wrong sandwich the first time. When we asked for vegetables on the side since he didn't put themon the sandwich he said Jesus christ! And then put them in a bowl. Can?t believe this experience, especially since i go to thissubway once a week at the least. This subway Walmart location is a joke. Read more
The workers seemed like they didn't care. The guy making our food put barley anything on it then lied to the customer after us... saying he was out of bacon, when she asked for more he putted more out. The girl was no better. When asked to help she rolledher eyes and had an attitude about doing her job. Really ridiculous and rude service will not be going back. Read more
Went in there last min after shopping we ordered 5 sandwiches at once not on purpose just last min trip after shopping guys told... us it's better to make bigger orders online. Other than that they were not friendly. I understand it was inconvenience but theirlobby wasn't full. I feel like the way they told us could of been nicer they still got it done pretty quick!
