Had a coupon for 2 foot longs for $12.99, that had just received as a flyer in the mail a few days ago. No stipulations were... listed on the coupon but when trying to use it, staff stated it didn?t apply for one of the 2 subs we were getting. Staff saidit did not apply to 1-12, whatever that means. If there are specifications, they would be listed on the coupon, everybody knowsthis. Won?t be going back. Read more

I came in 2 separate times in a day, the first time my sandwich was completely wrong, but I didn?t realize until it was too... late. When I came again, they made the sandwich incorrectly another 2 times. Never got my sandwhich? Read more

My order was delivered incomplete. When I called the store the employee stated it was Door Dash's mistake as he filled the order... and remembered it. I asked if he had placed 2 drinks and 2 chips. He said no. I have my receipt clearly showing 2 of each ofthese. He told me to come to the store. This was not my error. He was rude on top of it all too!! Read more
Wonderful staff, they deal with everything fast and manage perfectly under pressure, night crew is very nice and respectful. Had... a dude come in complaining about his online order but the employee said he showed up 15 minutes early. The store was really busyand expected them to get on it whenever they had other people in front of them. Great staff and place to eat at, customers onthe other hand are so rude to all of the people who work there. Read more
