I wasn't expecting to have "go figure" as the response to my order of two tuna sandwiches. Rude. Subway may be cutting back, but... there was no inner wrapper (generally used for sanitary purposes). My choices were met with short responses and when asking fora "light" jalapeno, there were tons in the center. When asking for "heavy" pickles, there wasn't.
