Terrible manager named Mike! He was rude to his employees and talking to them like they were dogs and expecting them to bend... over backwards. Also heard him arguing with someone about taking her shifts away just because she can?t change her availability.Another older guy named Michael was also rude to these Indian people in front of me, and made fun of them for not talking welland there being a ?language barrier?. On 3/28/22 at 4:21pm I decided to bring two of my mentally challenged clients and another staff with me so we could get... something to eat. When it was our turn to order I was making sure that my client knew what she wanted before she went up to thecounter. But instead of being patient the man told all of us that it would be easier if we all ordered at the same time but wetold him that some of us haven't decided what we wanted yet but then continued to rush us anyways. My client told him what shewanted and I repeated some of what she said since sometimes she doesn't talk loud enough for people to hear. Instead of beingpatient again he kept repeating the questions in a not so friendly tone. This resulted in my client getting frustrated and thenlater had a behavior to which then the man rolled his eyes and gave my client a disgusted look. This whole experience wascompletely horrifying because as a caregiver I try to make sure that my clients are treated as equals and to see the way myclient was treated by an employee was heart breaking. The girls i met at the Springfield Walmart Subway was kool. They was friendly and fast. It was clean too. They said they liked... working at Subway. That you dont hear everyday. The boss must be good. Read more
Mike is a piece of work and treats his employees like slaves. Definitely on a manager power trip, acting like it's everyone... else's job to bend to his will. He will not work with your availability AT ALL. Also, this is the worst subway food wise in allof Springfield. ???? Read more
Went in stood in line for 30 minutes, the food prep are was not clean at all. Food partials everywhere. Flies everywhere. I... ordered my sandwich and the first person cut the bread put on the meat and cheese. Then slid it down. At this point 3 flieslanded on it and started walking around on it. I pointed out the flies, the employee instead of pulling the now contaminatedsandwich he just shooed the flies off. And continued what he had been doing. He at no time told me that a new sandwich would bemade, he was going to serve me the one the flies had been walking on. I would not recommend this Subway, and I would reccomend astaff change. I walked out saying that I would not eat that sandwich. A truly disgusting place. Read more

Ordered the Philly. They were out if provolone so I had cheddar. Barely any cheese on the sandwich. Not happy
