I ordered a toasted spicy Italian with shredded cheddar, spinach, onion, jalapeños, and Chipotle, but instead got an un-toasted... spicy Italian with lettuce, black olives and banana peppers... the only reason I'm still giving 3 stars is because I have anunsatiable appetite for all foods and therefore I'm not picky. So in my mind, I still got my money's worth. but I will not bereturning to this location simply because I was not in the mood for these flavors, it's like taking a drink of your sweet teawhen you were expecting it to be Dr Pepper, throws off the taste buds. I'm not one to brag on or take the time to right a review for "fast food" but I just LOVE the staff at this location. They know... me by name because I always send an online order and they always check to make sure they are making your food just how you likeit. And this might not seem like a big deal but it is so refreshing to never feel as if the staff is miserable which I havenever experienced at this location. They really made my day today just by calling me by name and taking the time to makeconversation and smile with me! Read more
