The lady did not listen to me at all when ordering, I had to repeat myself after every single thing I asked for. And they... replaced the sweet onion with a teriyaki sauce and they don't even tell you until it's on you sandwich. It's not good btw so Iget home and my sandwich sucks. Read more

The manager and the gentleman (im soooo bad at names) are the definition of customer service. I've been in customer service for... 16 yrs and I'm an office manager and these are the kind of employees that are rare!! They deliver something special . Kindness,thoughtfulness, amd a personal touch to every encounter makes all the difference no MATTER where or what business your enteringinto. I haven't been to this location for over a year because of them not being friendly or doing orders right. I decided this... Afternoon to give them another try. I went in with my Son, and ordered a cold cut, and a meatball sub. The guy asked what wewanted on them, and i said ONLY parmesan cheese on the meatball sub, and tomatoes, black olives and mayo on the cold cut. TheGuy with longer hair said would you like it to be a combo and i said yes, turned around and the kid was putting all of the stufffor the cold cut on the meatball sandwich. I told him that was not right, and that my son was allergic to mayo (the meatballsandwich was his)The kid rubs his nose after sneezing, the proceeds to start PICKING the olives and meatballs off the sandwich,dripping stuff everywhere. I told him nicely, my son is allergic to mayo, meaning you are picking stuff off, so if there is evena trace left, that will affect him. The kid continued to slop everything off. Even the customers behind us was disgusted. I toldhim never mind, we will go somewhere else, and he said OK. Wow, how nice. Never offered to do the sandwich right, instead,picking stuff off of it..as if that isn't gross enough, but with an allergy warning told to him TWICE! Great experience, great food & friendly staff. During my visit, the employee was busy, yet the store was clean, she was very... pleasant, never bothered by a customer request, and friendly to interact with. The food was good quality and taste.
