I asked for no sour cream it was on my tacos and my mexican pizza. In a hurry didn't bother taking it back. It has happened... before. Other than that food was fresh and hot . Employees were working hard. Read more

Normally love going to this location bc it is near our apartment, but tonight not sure what was going on but it wasn?t the... experience we normally have here. 1. Ordered a large Baja Zero no ice for my wife, got ice it in and had them remake it at thewindow (no biggie, it happens now and again wherever we go) 2. Ordered the #6 with two extra soft tacos instead of the crunchy(got home and only had the one soft taco, missing the two extra soft tacos supreme) 3. Wife got the nachos bell grande and endedup not getting any silverware to eat it with. 4. Never got a receipt when we got the change back but our total was $33 and somechange. 5. We asked for mild sauce and got hot instead. Come on Taco Bell, we know you can do better than this. Read more

Worst Taco Bell location in town. 40 minute wait time for a totally jacked up order. Been going to this location as its close... to my house for years but its now to the point the wait times are OUT OF HAND and beyond ridiclous. With almost certainty tomess your order up. Whoever owns this location should have the franchise pulled. They refuse to find good management with decent help. You will wait... at least 30 minutes with 4 cars in line in front of you. The inside is always dirty and restrooms never have handsoap. Read more

Im not sure who is running this Taco Bell, but clearly nobody cares about anything at this location. It?s almost like they are... trying to get this location to close. A few weeks ago I ordered through door dash and when my delivery guy got there he was toldthat they were out of meat, beans, and cheese, and that was after him already waiting for 45 minutes. So, that guy lost an hourof his time plus the money he would have made. Tonight my husband went to the drive through and after waiting in line for 20mins he was told they weren?t taking credit cards-only cash. If I could report this location to the BBB or directly to theowner, I would. Read more

I stopped here for breakfast on a whim. Friends had told me that I needed to try Taco Bell breakfast at least once and get the... breakfast crunch wrap. I stopped on my way home from taking my son to school and there was another car in the drive-through infront of me, sitting and waiting for about eight minutes. Finally they pulled forward and I got to the speaker. A completelydisorganized and seemingly new or in training status gentleman came over the speaker and said that they weren?t ready forbreakfast yet even though it was 10 minutes past opening. He said it would be a bit before breakfast is ready. So I pulledaround into a parking space. I waited about 10 minutes as various cars pull through the drive-through and experience the samething. I eventually drove up to the window at about 8:35 AM, and they asked me to wait again for a few minutes. He eventuallyreturned to the speaker and took my order with a fair amount of difficulty understanding. I simply ordered a crunch wrapbreakfast combo with orange juice. When I got to the window he was having a hard time, bouncing back-and-forth between theregister and walking around, he spilled two different drinks in the process of making them, and was waiting for my food. Got there at 11:30 a.m. at the drive through. I was informed they wouldn?t open until 12. So I waited until 12 drove thru... drive through. The guy finally asked for my orders 12:03. After I ordered he informed me the deluxe boxes were not availablebecause the chalupas were still frozen. So I canceled my order for the 5 boxes and the taco order. What a disappointment for thefamily waiting at home. Probably won?t go back there. Stopped and picked up a pizza! Read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!The wait at this location is always outrageous. I?ve been here several times and the wait has... been anywhere from 30min to an hour in the drive through. Every time there has only been MAYBE 3 or 4 cars ahead of me. I findit so ridiculous that a ?fast food? could take so long. It?s not like they are actually cooking either lol It shouldn?t takethis long to microwave food. Unbelievable. Read more
