Dear Upper management. This location? is just horrible. I work at mercy, so I have a short lunch. Multiple times now, at least... the last 4 times I have had MAJOR issues in this drive through. Multiple times I?ve gotten incorrect orders. I once ordered amango freeze, and didn?t get it.. I called it to their attention.. and the guy asked ?Do you still want that?? I?ve ABSOLUTELYwaited 25+ min just 2weeks ago while they drive through employee argued with some old guy and never did get the order right..followed up by my car, where half the order was missing.. Cut to today, when I ordered food from my mobile device, leave on my30min break just to get here and have them say ?Our ordering system is down, so if you still want it you will have to comeinside and pay in cash.? To which I said, oh I place a mobile order? to which was responded ?Yeah.. so? I can?t see it. Yourgonna have to just cancel that.? Idk.. if I can order inside, why can?t I order directly to the rude lady in the drive throughwindow, why didn?t she offer to make it for me, and take cash through the window?? Horrible, they refused service when their drive-thru was flooded up to the curb. I was not going to flood my car just for some... lunch however as a health care worker and having limited time this was very inconvenient. You would think management would takecare of customers instead of refusing to take orders. Poor business!!! Read more
Would not recommend. My fiance went through the drive thru to pick up my order, I was on the phone with him at the time. He... grabbed his drink from the last at the window, shortly after a man came to the window with our food and threatened him, tellinghim not to come back ever again. We don't even know why he blew up on him, we've requested camera footage and called corporate. Read more

They always forget our drinks, food was somewhat cold, and managers don't seem to care. They'd rather sit behind the counter... giggling and gossiping than paying attention to paying customers trying to get their attention to get food fixed. I've triedthem at different times of the day and different days of the week. Its always the same terrible service. Won't be going back.They started out amazing with quality food now its just like they don't care if they make people sick..will be callingcorporate. EDITED TO ADD: I submitted a report on the website in regards to the service and food we recieved. The managerSteven was prompt to call me this morning and apologize for his crews actions. He explained that the behavior was unacceptablefrom the night crew and reassured me he would be handling it. I have bumped them from 1 star to 3 because of his amazing reponsetime and reassurance that he will be handling things. Makes me feel a lot better knowing they have such a good manager thatcares about how their food is going out and cares about his customers. Read more
The food is usually good. Im very glad they are offically having their pizza on the menu. Food gets to you fast and never cold
This Taco Bell had the coolest decorations. I have not seen one look like this. It was very unique. The artwork gave it a vibe... all its own.The kids working were helpful, but there's only so much you can do with the tiny portions and items that looknothing like the pictures. However, you ought to at least check out the new look. Read more
