Reviews for Taco Bell in Springfield, MO

Just went through the drive through at 12:48am to be refused service. I asked when they closed. She said 1am. I told her it was... only 12:50am. She laughed at me and told me thats basically 1am and they were closed anyway. This is basically a newly openedplace and already leaving a bad taste in my mouth. A wonderful new place to eat. Employees were courteous and helpful. Prompt service.

Horrible customer service, they didn?t even come up to the front counter to greet me or take my order as I stood there for 15... minutes or longer. Big waste of my time I could?ve been doing some thing else productive instead, I am waiting for a solid 30minutes just to order some Taco Bell. Read more
