These guys nailed the big slice pizza experience! Having enjoyed it in NYC, it is hard to get the same type elsewhere and I was... not disappointed. The garlic knots are very dense dough, but tasty. Friendly service and lots of indoor seating. Don't leavewithout enjoying a fresh baked cookie as well. Read more
Friendly staff, BEST NY Style pizza I?ve had since I moved to Kansas.
I bought a 21" mozzarella, ricotta, and pepperoni pizza, along with some sides. I ordered online and wasn't a bad wait for the... pizza. Prices were decent. I have to say, I love pizza, but I don't think I've had a pizza that good. I've shopped around forgood pizza, found some great places, and some amazing places, but The Big Slice takes the cake for legitimately the best pizzaI've ever had. I've never had a proper New York pizza, and to be fair, that may be better, I have no way of knowing. But as itstands, The big slice is the best I've ever had. Read more
We?ve been going to the Sunshine location on Sundays the past month or so while our daughter is at basketball practice. We have... all of Springfield to choose from, and we keep finding ourselves back at The Big Slice for a Blue Moon and something amazingfrom their menu. Everything we ordered was fresh, hot and delicious! The ranch was the best I've ever had, the toasted ravioli was hot and... crispy, the calzone was just so hot and tasty, the wings were awesome, the pizza is awesome. Not my first time eating there. Slice sizes are absolutely awesome and usually tastes good.
