They messed up our order. Chicken was burnt, old like its been sitting out for 2 or more days and extremely dry. Egg roll was... burnt and nasty. Asked for all white meat, paid for all white meat and didn't get it. Asked for the duck sauce, soy and mustardsauce packets. Did not get them either. Called and told them about the food. They had major attitude. I took food back like Iwas asked. Showed them how it looked. Did not get a sorry. went to pine garden next door to get food after that and it was muchmuch better and fresh! For the longest time, this has been my families go to place for Springfield Chinese food. Unfortunately, the last three times we... have eaten here the quality of food has dropped significantly. I don't know if they switched cooks, food distributors, or what,but the food we have been served recently (for lack of a better word) has been gross. Dried out and devoid of the flavor we havecome to expect. I know things are tough all over for a lot of folks right now, but its sad to say we won't be back anytime soon.I hope you all get it sorted out. Read more

Everything was good except the food the cashew chicken was really dry hardly any sauce on it .the crab Rangoon had no crab in it... and very little cream cheese . also the chicken in the cashew chicken was all really small pieces and really dry .the chickenfried rice taste like egg didn't taste anything but egg .I don't like to complain but will put my experience out there .it maybe good to some but was not impressed won't be going to eat there again .the people working there were really nice goodattitude Read more
This is by far the best Chinese food we have ever had. We ate inside and got three meals with two soft drinks... we paid less... than $30!!! Aside from the high quality food, the service was first class! Thank you Triple Eights for a spectacular experience.-Mschmied Read more
Asked for extra spicy, seemed they made it extra salty instead. Wife liked her general chicken. It she said she's had... better. Pork lo mein was good. It only comes as a whole meal. No subbing for the rice so if you don't want rice you have toorder another whole meal. I heard someone else wanting to sub the rice for veggies, same deal. This restaurant is amazing. One of the best in town by far. Their authentic menu is on point. I have been eating here for almost... 10 years and never had a bad meal and always had great service. Definitely one of mine and my families favorite places to eat.Keep up the good work guys. Read more
