This is the worst Tropical Smoothie location when it comes to food quality and customer service. I avoid ordering here at all... costs if I can because my order is NEVER correct. I always have to ask them for items they?ve missed (edible straws, sides,sauces?) and they always roll their eyes because I have to ask them for something. Customer service at this location isatrocious and they don?t pay attention to food orders. Here?s a perfect example: I ordered a three cheese chicken quesadillawithout chicken but extra cheese and this is their version of ?extra? cheese. Last few trips there have been horrible. Went on Saturday 10/22/22 , filthy floors and tables. Realized they are Understaffed,... but the staff they had were not prepared or trained. Waited 20 minutes. Several Shakes were piling up on counter , no lids , notbeing passed out. Several of us customers finally went up and had to figure out who?s shakes were who?s. The smoothies are great but 70% of the time I come in, they have terrible customer service and all of the employees look like... they hate working there. They don?t even greet you half of the time, they just stare at you until you say something. Read more

Got the smoothie right away (was getting for a friend) but it took literally 20mins11secs to get two all american wraps. The... time of order is on the receipt and after 12 minutes I started watching the clock. By then, the smoothie was pulpy fruit juice.Almost every full service restaurant in town will have your cooked food out faster than this fast food place can microwave.Great place for smoothies when they aren't melted! This location used to be good, but it has gone way down hill and I would not recommend anyone to eat here. My wife and I both... ordered the same exact smoothie and I ordered a chicken pesto Flatbread. Our smoothies came 3/4 full and my sandwich had 4 smallpieces of chicken in it. It was mostly bread. I tried calling for an hour and noone picked up. So I called another tropicalsmoothie and talked to a manager who was very nice and said she was going to have the district manager call me. I used to LOVE this location. The smoothies were always consistently made the same, food was made with care. Sadly the past 3... smoothies I have ordered have been bad. Watered down, not blended, or the cup isn't full. The food quality has gone down hilltoo. Missing ingredients or just lacking what is supposed to be added in. 3 small pieces of chicken in a flat bread and a halfof a tomato isnt what I paid for. I usually love going to this location for my food/smoothies. I?ve never had any issues.. until today 4/26/2022. Today I ordered... a chicken quesadilla and a Bahama mama smoothie, my food was great and my smoothie was good.. until I found a piece of GLASS inmy smoothie. My go to place to get my health on. Very good place if you enjoy smoothies and trying to eat healthy. Good price too. Sometimes... theirs a wait, but it's well worth it.
