10/3/22 0515am. Worst service I've ever had at a waffle house, server would not open more tables and expected 6 people to sit... at one booth. One three tables open in entire restaurant! Our entire shift was coming in to eat after work. At least, 17 peopleleft. Horrid experience! Wish the waffle witch was working tonight/this morning. Please bring back in the better staff!!!! I have been going to this location for many years. It's still good. It's still reasonably priced compared to most other... chains. But, that all being said, it's not quite what it used to be. For example. The service is average/okay now, whereas younever used to have to ask for a drink refill, as they would make sure you were never empty. The food is tasty. But thepresentation is not what it used to be. Everything used to be perfect. In other words, what was brought to your table lookedlike it does on the menu. That's not the case these days. BUT ... I was worried when we arrived. There were 5 people working, none of them smoking outside, and the restaurant was clean as could... be. Not like the Waffle Houses I?m used to and are so loved in my heart. Gwen and the rest of the staff were so nice and theirfood was cooked so well it felt like they were welcoming us into their Waffle Home. My All-Star Special felt like a Hall of FameSpecial. Read more

Took my mother, father, and kids to Waffle House on Mothers Day! Yes, it was packed, but we got seated quickly, and the servers... were all in good spirits. Do NOT believe that one star review. Look at the others and you can see everyone raves about this location. I've eaten here... several times, because Chris 2.0 is my wife. Every time I go in with her as guests, the staff raves about her, and the regularcustomers are thrilled to see her. As for slow service, if you come into a college town on the day before Halloween and it'salso homecoming weekend at the biggest university in town, you should expect a little delay. The staff at this location isalways on the ball, and the food is great no matter who the cook is. In case you think I'm biased, that's why I say look at allthe other reviews. You'll see consistent 4 and 5 stars. Ask yourself who thinks Waffle House costs $50-$100, and who ordersthat much food at once to have so many plates at a restaurant with just one cook at a time. You'll figure out quick whosereviews to trust, even if you ignore mine. Seriously. Come here, get some great food from some great folks, no matter whattime you come in. Read more
