Update: Thought I'd give this location another chance. I had a coupon for a Dave's Double meal for $5.99. Anyway the employee... behind the counter tried telling me the I had to purchase something else to be able to use the coupon. I walked out and went tothe location down the street and had no problem using the coupon. This location seems to hire the dumbest people to work there.I definitely will not be back now. Original I will not be back to this location again soon. I ordered a classic chickensandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich and asked for both filets to be made fresh. When I picked up the order at the window themanager said they were fresh but they definitely weren't. Whoever was in the kitchen simply put them back in the fryer to makethem look that way but they were super dry and old tasting. Read more
The staff was helpful, got our order right, and the food was fresh and very yummy. I appreciated how smooth it all went,... actually... especially considering that I did a mobile order and there were no hiccups. Read more
Oct 1 2022, I showed up at 8:00 for breakfast pulled in to the all signs were on. No one would take my order so I pulled up to... the windows. I could see staff inside but no one would come to the window. Pulled around and went to the doors.i was greeted bya man saying that they were not open due to no one showing up for work. A simple sign on the drive thru window would have beennice. Sad because this location has always been top notch on service and quality. Read more
I come to this place often when I am in town. It is the closest to my sisters house, but I never know if it will take 20 minutes... or 10 minutes to get through. It appears they can only process one car at a time. Not good for fast food. Looks like they mightbe training someone new, but where's the concern from management? The employees are always friendly enough! Read more
We ordered 2 salads and 2 kid meals. No pecans for the salad, cheeseburger had mustard, tea was unsweetened when we asked for... sweet. They were very busy with 2 busses so I understand things were hectic. I would have liked to have my correct order though. Read more
Came through the drive thru at 2pm on a Wednesday, wasn?t busy and they had plenty of workers standing around behind the... counter. They gave us our frosties and had us pull forward to wait for the rest of our order so we sat their patiently for 20minutes. My husband went in to check and they had forgotten our order entirely. Best Wendys I've ever been too!! They triple checked my order, which I though was very nice. They were concerned that they were... misunderstanding what I was trying to order. And I wasn't ordering anything off the menu. When my order came up, everything inmy bag was hot! The fries were perfectly salted, and the bacon on my burger was CRISPY! This did not taste like fast food as itwas so hot and fresh! Great job!!! I wish all locations were run this well! Read more
Ordered chili. When got home, there was only liquid with two beans and small clump of hamburger. Disgusting. Plus cars were... backed up in line spilling into Kearney. It was pure chaos. Normally the Best chili in town. I was very disappointed. Read more
