I went through the drive through and ordered nuggets, a cookie, and a drink. At the window, I was given the drink and told to... pull over to a parking spot and wait for my food. I waited for 25 minutes, then I called the store to find out how much longerit would be/if they forgot about me. The first time I called, they hung up on me. The next three times, they refused to answer.The final time I called, the girl told me she didn?t bring me my food on purpose because she didn?t want to get hit by a car inthe parking lot. I tried to tell her that I was told to pull over, but again, she hung up on me. After about 35-40 minuteswaiting in the parking lot, a girl brought me the food, offered no apology, and walked away. I will NEVER be returning to thislocation and I advise others to find another Wendy?s as well. Read more
Staff is wonderful and is always willing to help, managers included. My problem is with the owners as it's VERY obvious you... don't pay enough to keep employees on staff. I mean you can't keep enough people staffed to keep the lobby open on a freakingSaturday afternoon. That's the worst business sense I've ever seen. Whoever owns this place needs to find a new line of work asthis doesn't suit them WHATSOEVER! Read more
If you would like to have a hairy salad this is the spot to visit. To top it all when I called to notify them about the hair all... I got was a sorry. Ok, thank you for your apology. Now I'm out 8 dollar and donated this hairy salad to the trash. I informedthem I was not going to eat this salad and it was going in the trash. Another apology. Thanks again for another apology. I've loved Wendy's for years but in the last few, the quality just isn't what it used to be. Everything I've gotten recently I... just....okay at best. At worst I've had overcooked burgers, undercooked burgers, dry chicken both sandwiches and nuggets andsoggy fries. The chilli even seems to pack flavor now. Hopefully they find their way. Read more
Amazing. Fast service and food was yummy! Some staff need a bit more training on respect and attitude. Everyone goes thru... things, but the entire experience of a drive thru is relied on "drive thru staff" and their behavior! Again, this wasn'tEVERYONE, just one or two people. They forgot to give me my chili that I ordered so I had to drive all the way back to get it and I opened it up to only having it... half way filled up. Will never go to this Wendy?s again. 0 stars if so could? waste of my time for sure. Read more
Eating here is always great. The food is always good at a good price and the inside of the restaurant is always clean. I would... recommend going here anytime but the traffic on the street in front of restaurant get pretty busy at times. Read more
