Went through the drive through on the 10-11-2022, about 4pm, ordered number one combo and a number four combo a large chili and... a small chili neither one of the combos had fries in the bag, or straws for the drinks. I didn't notice until we were down thestreet at the light. We immediately turned around I went into the lobby and let the counter person know what the issue was Ioverheard that fried cook saying "If it's not on the board, I'm not cooking it!" Counter person went over to the fry station andgot me two medium fries ice cold! I requested fresh ones be cooked, the fry cook at that point said something I'm sure wasn'tnice and walked away from the fry station refusing to make my order right. I asked the counterperson (whose name was Casper andvery embarrassed and tried to make everything right!!) I asked him what the cook's name was he said that they don't wear nametags and I could not get the person's name. Unacceptable behavior for a restaurant and it's employees! The store had grease onevery surface, and food debris on counter ???? DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment! Read more

Dining room was closed so no way to wash my hands before eating? Then the man taking the money was wearing a filthy dirty apron,... and generally looked not clean, and this was early . He seemed inpatient and was tapping his fingers because I wanted to seewhat new items were on the menu, since I hadn?t eaten at a Wendy?s in a very long time and there were no cars behind me. Wendy's is just Wendy's. I've been using this location to pick up food for clients and family (almost weekly) since 2017.... They've never screwed up an order yet and the food is always at correct temperature. The receipt printer was down for a whilebut management was willing to hand write and sign one when it was needed. Did not get what I ordered. Tired of fast food places not giving you what you order, I guess I have to start checking my order.... A customer should not have to do that, the employee she be aware. Read more

The employees at this wendys have always been very kind and courteous when I visit. Rarely is anything wrong with my order and... the wait times are very reasonable. The service is almost never lacking. Read more

First time having Breakfast. Had the Baconator with Sausage and Egg & Cheese on Croissant. Was very moist bread and sandwich was... Excellent. Crispy Potatoe's logs. And had the Iced coffee with chocolate very good. Best fast ever. Read more

If I could give a 0 star review I would! This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received from anywhere ever! Nobody... there knew what they were doing at all! They were slower than Frozen molasses! I was the only one in line for 30 minutes andthen they told me that they did not have enough meat to fill my order! Then it took them another 20 minutes to cook the meat andbring my order out to me! I only ordered 4 of the 4 for $4's but they just said they did not have enough meat so they elected tomake them the $5 biggie bag. Then they tell me they don't have enough meat to fulfill the order and acted like I should justtake my money back and leave instead of them cooking more meat. This is ridiculous! I was just trying to feed my family fordinner! Then after almost an hour of waiting, we finally got our food and my husband's Burger which was not the meat they werewaiting for, was ice cold along with the fries which were also soggy and cold! I would have called for a refund, but I plan onnever, ever, ever being back to this establishment!!! I am furious, disgusted, and disappointed! Not even worth the hour out ofmy day that set me back 2 hours on my trip! Read more
