The waitress had an attitude with us. She didnt wanna be there to do her job! She was rude when she took our order. When she... brought our food out to the table she slammed down our plates turned and walked away never spoke a word! Some people aren'tmeant to work in customer service.... I hope the manager realizes this and fires her before she ruins another person's day! Read more
Ordered 3 medium cashews 1 small cashew and 1 small general. Get home and the small cashew is correct but they gave us 3 medium... general chicken. Husband calls and they argue with him telling him he didnt order 3 medium cashews but 3 general. Finally theytell him to bring it back up and they will exchange them. He comes back with 3 cashews like we ordered. My daughter's has a hairin it. Then my husband finally sits down to eat his small general and it's another small cashew. It was our favorite chineseplace until tonight. It's too late to call about the hair or the small general and we didn't get the difference refunded to useither. I ate lunch here with my friend Shayna, from Ozarks Technical Community College, this Friday, and I absolutely LOVED it! Not... just location on East Battlefield Road, but also excellent atmosphere and, of course, excellent food! Just as good as at otherChinese restaurants in the Ozarks I ate at (i.e. Diamond Head, Bamboo Gardens, China Wok/The Wok on Scenic, Bao Bao). I alsogot a view of Battlefield Road through the window from inside the restaurant! What an upbeat experience for (Shayna's and) myfirst time dining here! Another factor that made it upbeat was that one song I heard on the radio was "Something Just LikeThis" by Coldplay, one of my all-time favorite bands! Read more

A distinctive part of their menu comes from the fact that they serve many of their dishes in a bowl, hence their name, Yum Yum... Bowl. They also have a few flavors that are uncommon but good, like garlic lemon. The soup was decent but did not stand out fromother Chinese places. I love this place! It really is the best fast food Asian restaurant I have ever been to, and not just in Springfield but... anywhere. The chicken is always tender and the crab puffs are always so light and crispy. Delicious! And of course I can'tforget about the staff, very nice people! Read more
