My daughter recommended this place and as a dad you got to listen. The dining area was closed so I wasn't able to see inside but... they did let me place three separate orders in the drive through. I got the chicken sandwich and it ranks up there with one ofthe best chicken sammies I ever had. Would recommend. Read more

My wife went to Zaxby?s on her lunch break. She ordered the new chicken zalad I think it?s called and was supposed to come with... vinaigrette dressing. When she got back to work it didn?t have any dressing. When she called and explained she couldn?t comeback to get the dressing the girl who answered said ok I?ll make sure they check to make sure it?s in there from here on out? Weall know eating a dry salad is horrible and the correct response should?ve been I?m very sorry ma?am how can we make this right?Show that you care there was a mess up . The service was not very kind after we had a great experience with cashier Justin opened the door which was great as my wife in... wheelchair. Also the door entry was not handicap accessible as it should be. Here a pic. Waiting for food looked in bag missingfries and as the cook said they didnt get charged for fries. Well if you would have looked at receipt we did and upgraded tolarge. Finally sat down to eat my wife's chicken sandwich was cold old chicken and my sandwich was slopped together. I went through the drive-thru and the staff couldn?t have been better! ? Polite and courteous the whole way through, even while... I decided on what I wanted. Staff 5/5 As for my fellow spicy chicken sandwich eaters, the kickin tender on Texas toast is notfor us. ? The chicken nor the breading itself was spicy, the hot sauce was vinegar at best, the inside bread was soggy, and thechicken itself was a 2/5 standing alone. ? Their fries were pretty good though. Finally tried Zaxby?s today. For fast casual, this place is off the chain. Had the bleu "Zalad,? buffaloed (left). It was a... trough of salad.
